Change is inevitable, change give the new ways to the fresh ideas. So the hiring from outside of the company will give way for the different thinkings to welcome outside the company as some other experience could be more beneficial sometimes.

Because an employer from outside really wants to work and he must prove himself in the company also it depends on your hiring. People from outside will create different cultures in you company and this makes your company the best.
