Inter departmental transfer or promote the existing employee to fill your vacancy is a good idea of which you are providing your existing employee with career development and this closest with your company objectives. Yet, I do believe since you have post this vacancy to be open for the outsiders candidates thus surely I knew that you are looking for a candidate that could bring something new and fresh towards to your company's goal,

You will see that there are some capable candidates that has an outstanding skills to perform the job very excellent thus I am here ready to serve you with my skills and knowledge together to achieve your company's goal and to add different mindset and freshly new plan.

You see, there's something that counts as 'experience' in job.

As an insider person would have more experience, he would be an apt choice.

But it's applicable when you are concerned with only getting the job done.

Contrary to that, when a new person joins a company, he'd see it through a new angle, since his mind is still fresh, he'd be ready to try new things, instead of following the old procedure. And it has a high chance of improving the efficiency of your company.

So it would be better to hire someone like me who has a mind for analysis, rather than someone who'd just be more than happy to keep the ways as they are and stagnating the progress.

I could give you a lot of reasons why you should hire me. With a list of experience and loads of personality that goes with it. That is the perfect recipe for excellent businessman. Even if they have been there for years, don't mean they know what it take to move the business forward.

If you have that thought process, I will tell you, you would never be prosperous. If you are at the top of field and excelling tremendously. I would tell do not hire me, because what you doing now is working. But, if you want your company to reach it's highest level of potential. I am that person.

Yes, sir, it is very nice of you to have a positive approach in promoting an existing employee within your company/ organization. The current might have seen the present aspects and working strategy within the company. But as I am being a fresh one hired from outside, the uniqueness and creativity could be provided to the field I am hired to. Also, I could see more aspects from the outside and provide an innovative way, and when it is combined with the efforts of the colleagues inside the company, it would add more fertility to the growth and status of the company.

Sir, as I think,

Hiring a Fresher is, Hiring a Fresh Idea.

Which is required by the organisation, not may be at every point of time, but, definitely at certain Intervals.

I completely agree the people currently working are much more knowledgeable than the newcomers. But, One thing that I would like to bring to your notice is that the people who use technology the most is the young generation.

So, sir as I belong to them, I know what they want and expect from the upcoming technology, which definitely will be beneficial for the organisation.

Yes Sir/Madam, definitely you can hire existing employee for this position, at the same time here the position needs a candidate who can perform responsibilities in a innovative manner, as I feel like existing employee may knows better about your org and activities so that he can perform well, but I can surely say that if your can hire some new employee, he will be helpful in giving best process/ technology ideas of what he learnt from the past experience/outside market.

Promoting trusted employees of yours is good to some extent, but Hiring me at this point of time instead of promoting internal employee is better choice. Because if I am moving from current organization to yours my ideas and thought process in work will be new and effective to your organization that will ultimately leads to mutual growth i.e., for organization and me as well. I believe new association will be always good for an organization.

In my opinion, I am best suited for this Designation!

Because being simple that every organization is seeking for new ideologies to boost & uplift the organization in the competitive market.

Well, overall its good to hear that in this company employee's performance & promotions opportunity is monitored & evaluated throughly! And I think that's the reason why employees want to retire from this Organization. :-).

Sir,

It's good idea to promote the existing employee, because they know the situation and condition and how to act in urgent time. But you need to fix the urgent thing with the smart work not with the hard work. So exactly you need a trick to fix that, like combine the existing employee with the new one.

So the new one will give your company the fresh idea while your employee carry out this fresh idea. It will be stronger.
