Hiring someone from outside will offer new things for the company. In our country, we feel proud of our rich culture which is because of the diversity in our cultural tradition which adds a new colour to society and makes our motherland colourful and more beautiful. This applies to the corporate world as well. Hiring me from outside may offer new colours to the working culture of the company.

Yes Sir, definitely you could have promoted someone within the organisation for this position. But the present employee must have seen only the present aspect and working strategy within the organisation. Being a outsider at present I can see various aspects from outside. I have worked in the same field with other strategies I can complete the same work with innovations with another aspect.

Sir, old employees have established their position in organisation with hard work and dedication. But at the same time when you will be recruiting outsider they as a new person will do more hard work and will come with innovative and creative solutions which old employees may not be able to because of there familiarity with established norms and procedures.

It's a very valid question. As per me promoting existing staff will help to motivate them. But employees working in the same organization for a long time will monotonous in their approach to think creatively. Hiring from a different organization will help to a fresh and different approach to work. It surely helps by sharing new ideas and methods to work.

Yes, of course! you can and you will. But hire person from outside not only for that person but also for company because an organization always look for best talent, new idea new innovation and who can give their best to organization that's the same thing you are looking for that's why you are conducting interview and giving your precious in it.

If you wanted to promote someone from inside. I would have not been giving this interview in the first place. There might be two reasons that you want to hire from outside. First: You don't think anyone from inside is capable of this position. Second: You want someone from outside with new ideas, fresh thinking etc.

Yes, you can promote anybody internally but, if you hire from the outside company will get new people, new people mean a new idea, new talent, new skills. Hiring outside it just like upgrading to new technology.

Sir its good to hear hiring someone from within but you know everyone deserves a chance. I was trained and experience working from different agency which enhanced my capabilities which could help our company to grow more. It was my very best asset in order to fully accomplished our targets and plans.
