As Technology evolves it creates new jobs at the same time it leads to loss of many jobs at present for the short term. And if we consider new technologies that are evolving AI and machine learning these are going to be a boom in the next 3 to 4 years.

The Technology is enhancing day by day, many people are doing the work which is boring and monotonous but along with technological advancements, the quality of the job improves which leads to progress. Creativity increases.

I think due to raising of new technologies, all are getting laziness. Manual power is reduced, everything must be an automated. Thinking capacity become low, due to variety of search engine available today on the internet. One single topic is explained by more authors, then we get an clarity about that topic.

Today's scenario clearly displays how the technology replaces the human resource with automation through a lot of software works and this makes graduates make updating their knowledge in programming even entirely irrespective domain persons also learning this for their survival in this fastest world.

I'm Santosh so as if we talk about the "impact of technology on jobs " then in my point of view, we are living in 21 century And this century called the "technology era" because of in nowadays everybody using technology like most of all smartphones.

In this era, if we talk about Indian education standards then it is decreasing day by day due to some application websites etc. Many students spend time on technology to play video games and watching movies and web series. And this is a reason behind our decrease in education.

Positive impact:

As we know each and every topic has some pros and cons.

Technology makes life hacks easy and saves energy, time.

Because of technology we can do more work.

Nowadays, As we are using technology in our daily life activities in home, offices, etc. There is both type of impact we can see of the technology on jobs. As technology makes work more efficient, easily done on time by the machines. But there we can also see that people are losing their jobs as the introduction of automatically machines came. No doubt technology increase employment but because of technology people are losing their jobs.

Nowadays, technology plays a vital role in everyone's life. By knowing or unknowingly we use technologies every day. Even we are looking forward to new more technologies to make our life ease. Even though technologies are growing every day, it affects nature on the other hand like bringing 5G technology to the people use. So, it's up to us to make technologies grow day by day without affecting nature.

Technology has created a greater impact in this 21st century. This impact is highly positive only. Only with the aid of this enormous technology, people are able to progress day by day in almost all fields, including health care, space, agriculture, entertainment, and so on. In my point of view, AI reduces human efforts and saves time.

This is the positive impact, but every coin has two sides; that is it increases unemployment. In today's world, getting a job it's a very difficult task.

Increasing technology is the correct way to industrial growth, but it is harmful to someone's job. Those who are not that much skillful to adapt to that change, then they will lose their job.
