I'm Santosh so as if we talk about the "impact of technology on jobs " then in my point of view, we are living in 21 century And this century called the "technology era" because of in nowadays everybody using technology like most of all smartphones.

In this era, if we talk about Indian education standards then it is decreasing day by day due to some application websites etc. Many students spend time on technology to play video games and watching movies and web series. And this is a reason behind our decrease in education.

Positive impact:

As we know each and every topic has some pros and cons.

Technology makes life hacks easy and saves energy, time.

Because of technology we can do more work.

Nowadays, technology plays a vital role in everyone's life. By knowing or unknowingly we use technologies every day. Even we are looking forward to new more technologies to make our life ease. Even though technologies are growing every day, it affects nature on the other hand like bringing 5G technology to the people use. So, it's up to us to make technologies grow day by day without affecting nature.

Technology has created a greater impact in this 21st century. This impact is highly positive only. Only with the aid of this enormous technology, people are able to progress day by day in almost all fields, including health care, space, agriculture, entertainment, and so on. The technologies like cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), Big data and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are helping society survive the tougher situations.

Technology increases the machine software to easily people do work. Technologies new coming in the market to display the benefit to work. The new technologies coming in the banking sector the paperwork reduces writing by pen was reduced the computer helpful to banking.

Nowadays, As we are using technology in our daily life activities in home, offices, etc. There is both type of impact we can see of the technology on jobs. As technology makes work more efficient, easily done on time by the machines. But there we can also see that people are losing their jobs as the introduction of automatically machines came. No doubt technology increase employment but because of technology people are losing their jobs.

Dear friends, now I would like to talk about AI or technology,

The ability of a computer system or a machine to behave intelligently with some human traits is known as artificial intelligence.

Driverless cars, interpretation of human speech, high-level gaming strategies, and deciding complex data etc, are all possible because of adding artificial intelligence to machines.

AI is increasing by leaps and bounds. New inventions using AI are making our lives simpler. For example, the use of voice assistants, Alexa, Siri is increasing.

Dear friends, as we know that AI can be used for security purposes of confidential information. Features like face recognition are used, which require AI in a computer.

AI can be used in daily life, like Google maps, voice assistance and online shopping, and it works like a brain. It tries to copy how the human brain works.

At last, in my opinion, emerging technologies are welcomed with open arms. It is a blessing in disguise, but we should also be careful about the misuse and be vigilant about it.

I want to share my opinion by adding some more points that I am neutral on the motion because we know that everything has its pros and cons.

PROS.

* It helps us to do things easily.
* It helps to promote digitalisation.
* It reduces workload.
* Reduces travelling, as in earlier times if a firm has two different branches then it becomes difficult for the employees to communicate with other ones.

CONS.

* Reduces employment.
* Demotivates the employees who do not how to use technology.

In last I would like to conclude that we should use both capitalistic and socialistic according to needs and wants.

Everybody needs technology. While many have said technology will better/worsen work-life, I believe that it is with the type of technology that has an effect/affect on jobs. We constantly need technology to make easy our day to day work life. We need technology in creating, maintaining and improving laptops, computers, applications, softwares to fasten our worklife.

At the same time, being labour intensive, we must keep check on technology that replaces human involvement so as no to cause unemployment.

Impact of technology on jobs. As per my view, Yes, There is a huge impact of technology on the job. Suppose a metro rail is an innovative invention for metropolitan cities like hyd, Mumbai etc. For one route of the metro, It needs two shits of drivers to drive, The Indian government will be planning for an automated driving system. Which doesn't need a driver at all? Here we are technically developed a lot. But we forgetting the employment of a driver. So it has to be in a certain limit. That which does not affect the future.
