"Technology" is a branch of knowley that deals with the "CREATION" and use of technical means and their interrelationship with life, society, and environment.

Technology has brought progreyin every field. If we talk about impact of technology on jobs. So I have used a word i.e. "CREATION", and when something is created, it become a lot of people opportunity without becoming creativity of that person.

And we can say that while there will be an opportunity, the jobs will not be reduced.

Technology, nowadays, can be seen in every field. It is dynamic. It serves as a competitive advantage for companies. Technology brings efficiency thus reducing cost and price and increasing quality. Due to this, some companies are investing more in technology and reducing headcounts. So, Technology has led to fall in employment in certain sectors such as an automobile. But there are certain other sectors where technology couldn't replace human beings like the service sector, sales, etc. Also, to operate the technology, human beings are required. So, technology complement human beings. Also, a country like India is labour intensive. So, more and more jobs are being created for people.

The technology is good because he gives us good work in very little time now we have pay our bills, rupees on our phone at home it possible of technology. Technology does every work in a short time and good work.

But technology has some disadvantages he eats many people job because 1 technology does work 1000 people work sometimes.

Technology is an important part of life as well as very useful in life these days. It improves our lifestyle and makes service easy. It saves us time. Energy and money.

We can see it's most use like a Mobile laptop computer and transport system that makes easy things it provides skilled technical job.

And it's disadvantages it takes a huge no of job and by technology, our government can't improve in unemployment. Like as India in which people in a rural area are largely unskilled labours. This has had an impact on their day to day earnings.

Technology increases productivity and reduces the burden of doing a repetitive task.

Helo everyone today our topic is impact of technology on jobs. We can not deny that technology made our life easy and enjoyable but by increasing technology jobs are affecting. There are increasing machines in industries and workers are decreasing so they are losing their jobs. And as machines work very fast and without any fault so machines are preferable to workers. And where a work is done by 10 people there is only need a machine so in my opinion it is badly affect the jobs. Thanks.

Unemployment is a critics problem in our country due to over population. Already India is second populated country in the world. In this time every company and factories work done by machine. The machine replaced the human on their job. But it is source of GDP growth. Many people in every state are educated but they no get any job because our government not capable to give the job. Many people are commit suicide due to unemployment in rural area no of unemployment is more than urban area it is need to our government they provide the more job and they make our India in a manufacturing hub. Our topic is 'impact of technology on job' according to my opinion in each every company has R&D Department are there so that by help of research and development to put knowledge on creativity and innovation to increasing productivity and quality of product. And also by using computerised numerical control machine (CNC) to reduce manpower of the company. And not required skill worker for that. And also by using automatic machines the unemployment are increase.

In my opinion, nowadays the development of technology is increased and so many different technologies are coming into the market. And as per my knowledge some time ago US gives India STA- 1 status that means 'strategic trade Authorisation' that India is able to buy high advanced and cutting edge sensitive technology from America.

Therefore by using this high technology, there is no need of human being into the factory or company it means that requirement of manpower is reduced therefore unemployment increases. That's why we are able to tell that technologies are impact vary hardly on jobs.

As Technology evolves it creates new jobs at the same time it leads to loss of many jobs at present for the short term. And if we consider new technologies that are evolving AI and machine learning these are going to be a boom in the next 3 to 4 years.
