I think with the introduction of Artificial intelligence, people are now losing their jobs because companies only want an easy way to do a task in a very minimal and efficient way.

With the introduction of chatgpt, grok, claude and various other new technologies, Indian market is growing but many people who are not upgrading their skills in field of AI are losing their job.

In future, the future of people who are learning new technologies like Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc will be paid higher in comparison to those who don't have these skills.

Many companies like Hero and Tata are now relying on these new technologies Like ML for their market sales prediction, sales forecasting, etc, revenue per capital generation prediction, etc.

In terms of manufacturing also, they are using new technologies instead of using a traditional technique again and again, for example in case of simulation data of a particular solid body, the data is not be taken again and again by the software, it is stored in Model and the model will then predict the nearby accuracy of the new solid body that is needed to be manufactured.

The technology increased when we started using AI. It is a positive action, but at the same time it also increased unemployment. It replacing human work. Technology is not for replacing manual work; it should work along with humans.
