Good Morning to one and all.

Impact of technology on jobs. As per my view, Yes, There is a huge impact of technology on the job. Suppose a metro rail is an innovative invention for metropolitan cities like hyd, Mumbai etc. For one route of the metro, It needs two shits of drivers to drive, The Indian government will be planning for an automated driving system. Which doesn't need a driver at all? Here we are technically developed a lot. But we forgetting the employment of a driver. So it has to be in a certain limit. That which does not affect the future.

Most of the people depending on technology because it helps to reduce time need not to go anywhere we csn sit at home we can do any transaction by using internet service and also reduces the risk and helps to get good results and we can see demerits also most of the employees are reducing and incresing the unemployment so as we every coin as a two like that every thing as a two vibes.

I think the impact of technology on jobs may be a boon or bane according to the usage of the technology; some of them get jobs by technology,y and some may lose their jobs by the technology. So the technology has a greater impact on the job.

In my point of view, AI reduces human efforts and saves time.

This is the positive impact, but every coin has two sides; that is it increases unemployment. In today's world, getting a job it's a very difficult task.

Increasing technology is the correct way to industrial growth, but it is harmful to someone's job. Those who are not that much skillful to adapt to that change, then they will lose their job.

Hi everyone, my name is Nikhil Singrole. Today we are discussing on the impact of AI, or technology, on the job market.

As we all know, everything has two sides, both positive and negative. AI is replacing human efforts and saving time to perform the task, which is good from the industry perspective because it increases productivity and saves costs, but it is not good from the jobs perspective. Routine work and repetitive task jobs can be lost, but instead of focusing on the job loss, we should focus on upskilling ourselves so that we can get a job in this market. Because AI is replacing jobs, it's fine, but it is also creating new domain jobs.

Technological innovation results in the improved lifestyle, and hence consumerism increases and thereby the result in more employment opportunities.

Using AI is nothing but hard work turned into smart work.

So based on the current technology in the market, human begins are very interested in solving of their difficulties in a simple way AI is the best example of it. And when we discuss the default of AI in employment.

AI in name itself has an artificial intelligence that means it may be temporary, some people are losing their jobs because of AI, some may get a job because of AI and mostly we observe that companies lay off because of AI.
