Hi everyone, my name is Nikhil Singrole. Today we are discussing on the impact of AI, or technology, on the job market.
As we all know, everything has two sides, both positive and negative. AI is replacing human efforts and saving time to perform the task, which is good from the industry perspective because it increases productivity and saves costs, but it is not good from the jobs perspective. Routine work and repetitive task jobs can be lost, but instead of focusing on the job loss, we should focus on upskilling ourselves so that we can get a job in this market. Because AI is replacing jobs, it's fine, but it is also creating new domain jobs.

Since the dawn of the technological revolution, there has been this continual fear among people that this might lead to mass unemployment. But considering the present scenario, it is quite clear that revolution in technology actually brought development with it. Now the conditions of humans either in terms of health, wealth, or hygiene has improved a lot. Initially, there would be problems but with patience and determination, employees will grow as it had been earlier.
But now, the technology is changing at the breakneck pace and no prediction can be made because technology always had brought surprises with it.

Technology has a huge effect on jobs both in good or bad ways. Due to the use of technology, the workload gets reduced, the manual error is not there, and it also saves time. But simultaneously it also affects badly like if most of the work is done by some device then the scope of the people to do that work decreases as a result unemployment increases. In my opinion, the use of technology is great where manual work is tiresome but not in all kind of jobs.

In my point of view, everything has there pros and cons.
So increasing the technology it makes very thing great and easy to work, in many sectors like both public sector and private sector even in shopkeeper also using the technology there also do the work in little time, for traders also the technology is useful for there import and export goods, it is also used in easier to transaction.
But there have some disadvantages to the increase in technology there is a lack of jobs, and everyone becomes lazy to do there on work.

According to me, this topic is a very interesting topic so let's I explain.
This topic has many advantages and many disadvantages. Technology is a thing which can do easy our work and less time. As a tractor, x-ray machine, computer, and so as on. Nowadays technology is so helpful in any area but very very useful and makes an easy to the treatment of any difficult problem.
On the other hand very bad impact of technology as unemployability.

Impact of technologies on the job.
In my point of view, this topic is a real-time issue and it has happened to our industries. I am working on a project that aims is shift Industry 3.0 to 4.0. So when we turn into Industry 3.0 to 4.0 many employees lose their jobs through adopting new technologies like AI, and IoT.
Especially in the manufacturing industry, all machines are integrated. So there is no manpower needed or the manpower should be reduced. The impact of adopting new technologies leads to an employee losing their job.

In my opinion, Technology is changing the way we work. Some routine and repetitive tasks might go. But at the same time, there are many new opportunities in field like ai, data science, and digital marketing. So it's really important for us to keep learning new skills and adapt so that we can make the most of what technology offers.
Those who embrace these changes and upgrade themselves will have better career growth. On the other hand, resisting change can make it difficult to stay relevant in today's fast-paced world.

Technology leads automatization in industries. Its harsh impact is as it is responsible for the removal of the large strength of employs. The work which was done by the human in past years, now done by robots. As passes of time, the population is increasing at the vast rate at same time, employment is also reducing. It may add more in GDP, but fail to give the opportunity of work.

In my opinion, technology creates more job. Of course, it affects job for short time which is widely accepted. In India we have seen IT field has created so many job opportunities. Also the biggest example is internet.
