Jobs are the fundamental asset of one's carrier path. By gaining a job we can Survive in economical aspects. Jobs provide us money in form of salary and we use it in our day-to-day life.

Nowadays, Technology is developed in near about all the fields of industry. Hence manpower is decreasing with technology development. All the machinery are automated and no worker required to run it due to its self-running ability. This means the number of workers required is less.

Recently, the flow chemistry is trending. In Which once materials and ingredients are incorporated then a direct packed product will come out from that. So, technology is affecting the employment of the nation.

Hi everyone, my name is Nikhil Singrole. Today we are discussing on the impact of AI, or technology, on the job market.

As we all know, everything has two sides, both positive and negative. AI is replacing human efforts and saving time to perform the task, which is good from the industry perspective because it increases productivity and saves costs, but it is not good from the jobs perspective. Routine work and repetitive task jobs can be lost, but instead of focusing on the job loss, we should focus on upskilling ourselves so that we can get a job in this market. Because AI is replacing jobs, it's fine, but it is also creating new domain jobs.

Technology makes our life more easier.

Job makes us dependency on technology.

Ex- suppose anybody works in IT company, for that need laptop etc. It means that person work for company and system work for that person.

Development in technology not only improve the already existed system but it also has few specific and beneficial effects on the economy increment in technology leads to provide new scopes, new jobs.

IT companies nowadays are the considered as a mass hiring company which also gives better package offers both for freshers and as well as for experienced ones. The eligibility criteria for these technology firms are very broad in the range they not only limit their hiring up to those who belong to the computer background.

Technology changing the human work load making it easy to do by using it reducing the time and multiple tasks are being done simultaneously and results are accurate and fast nowadays. Nowadays new technology are coming so human are becoming more adavanced than before. So competition is very high due to this and skills are required to overcome this competition so apart from good education practical knowledge is must.

Technology is taking place in very place making it easy to do work efficiently.

Technology plays a role in all aspects of my life, such as education, transportation, communication and so on.

Technology has been used widely in the field of education, be it in the form of PowerPoint presentations or online books and study resources. For which, I am so grateful.

Technology has changed my personal life. My family members are able to stay connected with the use of smartphones and social media, and I can meet more frequently due to my ability to travel far in various vehicles, including cars, trains and airplanes.

The technology used in all different fields is expected to continue improving over time and make daily tasks easier to perform for the average person like me.

We cannot imagine without technology the day may have ended. Nowadays that the technology has been increased everyone wants to stay in a luxurious way and no one is considering what the bad impact that will get through the technology. Using technology we should be capable of developing additional skills is very much necessary but misusing and wasting time it is not written way. So, use the technology and learn something new and keep on changing within you in a good way.

In my point of view, Technology growth is increased so that opportunity is reduced and it will impact on jobs.

Mainly here technically strong person is needed to achieve their requirements in the given time.

Some time human makes any mistake it will impact on their products so the result of getting a bad product. If we go for specialized machine and software we will get the output by knowing the virtual diagrams in a computer screen so if any mistake we can correct and fix it without going for an actual product this is helpful so due this automation and this features they are not ready to take more peoples.

There are so many technologies used in daily life if the unemployment increase then the population is also increasing day by day and there is the best way to use it when the population increase the speed of work also increase the CNC machine are used to produce the best quality products and to reduce the human interaction.

Nowadays technology becomes an important part of our lives. We are surrounded by technology every time. This has an impact on a job as well.
