Impact of Technology on Jobs

So, I would like to state my point by stating that technology has its both merits and demerits. On end, it has eased the work of operators and enhanced the rate of production with no compromise in the quality of the product. On the contrary has largely reduced the employment opportunities for many. In a country like India in which people in a rural area are largely unskilled labourers, this has had a huge impact on their day to day earnings. Technology has also reduced the skill level of people. Earlier most of the manufacturing process was done by manual labour which required highly skilled labourers but now this same work can be done easily using a single CNC machine, all an operator need to do is write code and feed it into the system. In many industries, most of the process which was done by workers are now automated. This surely has a positive impact on the company's economy but has degraded the skill level in individuals.

From my perspective, Technology has increased the job opportunity and also decreased job opportunities.

1. The employment has increased for the class of people who are interested in It departments.

2. The number of entrepreneurs has increased.

3. As the introduction of new technology, it has attracted the people for going online shoppings and that increases the employment for delivery boys.

4. Nowadays people are earning money by uploading their talents on any social sites or Youtube, now technology has introduced a new field of opportunities like YouTuber.

5. People are using technology with great interest and that is creating employment in It industries.

The role of Technology has been very important when it comes to jobs. Its has made the process of finding a suitable job very easy. There is so many good job searching website where we can register yourself and the rest of the work is done by that particular website. There are online skill training courses which can be used by a person to make him competent for a particular job. There was a time when filling the form for some job used to be a very hectic procedure but now you just need to go online and rest is very easy.

So, yes technology has proved to be a boon for us but still as they say Every light has its shadow same with technology. In some areas technology is replacing human; for example, in hospitality sectors, human food servers is getting replaced by robot making them redundant.

We all know we live in an era where technology is an important aspect of life but it is causing much more harm than it is giving us benefits, due to increase in technology we prefer technology over manpower so the rise of unemployment. Today people prefer ordering things online from applications such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc though it had made our life easy the local stores are facing problems. We all know we are in this pandemic and our GDP is the lowest in the last 24 years, as many people have lost their jobs because of a lack of technological knowledge.

At last, I would like to say that though technology has a good impact on us it had a far worse impact on employment.

In my point of view, the technology has a positive and negative impact on jobs.

First, come to the positive side, humans are making new apps and games.

In the negative side, some apps and games are very dangerous to youth and children. They were playing always on mobiles and they are addicted to mobiles. They forgot their family and happiness.

I mean with the new technology you can make your job better and interesting, nowadays technology is changing in the very fast rate, a lots of software have come for doing the work in a smarter way. But yes it reduces the manual works, all the things which were done manually, all these can be done by computers. Unemployment is increasing nowadays, that may be the reason of the new technology.

4. It will reduce time work and too much of labours.

6. Error happening in the field will be less.
7. It helps to think more and we can gain more knowledge.

Demerits:

1. Due to increases of machine man power is getting too low.
2. Now we are depending on machine in future people will be lazy.
3. Also their is very less amount of getting job in technology.

In my views, technology creates a big role in people's life. Nowadays everyone attached to technology. Technology makes our life easier as well as our works. Every industrialist wants maximum outputs in the response of less input and technology gives that part to them. So all of them starts less use of man hand power and that point creates unemployment.
