Hello everyone,

My name is Atul Kumar,

First of all, I am thankful to all of you for giving me the opportunity to put my opinion on this,

Today our topic is the impact of technology on jobs as this is the most important topic,

As in this time, we are using technology much in every field eg. Education, transportation, communication, and almost every we are using technology,

This time technology becomes a part of life and it is equally helpful for us.

Technology has infinite uses.

But we all know as every action gives equally reaction if technology gives us relaxation then it makes human lazy, and it provides us easiness in jobs then it takes place of human which is become a very big cause of unemployment.

We have mainly 3 sectors:
1. Agriculture
2. Industrial
3. Service

In agriculture, we mostly find the impact of technology on the method of farming like using tractors but everything else has been mostly the same.

With changes in technology over a period of time, many have shifted from agriculture to industrial and service sectors.

In these sectors, machines replaced huge manpower to perform monotonous operations.

In the industrial sector, we find machines from the start of the process i.e acquiring raw material to the end i.e dispatching of the product. In service sector which includes banking, IT, media etc have gone digital and all the work which required hard copies and physical labour is being digitally executed.

In the process, many jobs were lost but also several other jobs were created. Emerging technologies like AI, ML have created jobs in the areas of data analytics, design thinking, engineering, communication etc.

Though many changes have come in technology, we still continue to see traditional jobs like accountants, teachers, doctors, architects etc because they require deep analytical thinking and human interaction.

Technology is making life easy and flexible. We all are fully dependent on it. We walk from bed to going bed at night with technology. We can't count the number of times we are using technology. Nowadays, the nation is growing as technology is rapidly increasing it is providing jobs, expanding the market, providing education etc.

Whereas on the other side, human thinking is becoming passive to some extent due to this. It is actually consuming our precious time. It also risks our private data and exposes us to notorious hackers.

Now, I want to conclude that we should use technology wisely. It will help us in making our lives better.

Well, I must say that technology impact the job because with the advancement of the technology people become lazier. They do their work by sitting at one place. With the advancement of the technology the unemployment is also increasing. Sometime the people especially the senior people are not able to use the technology and the result is they have to resigned their jobs. No doubt the technology has some positive benefits like it will help to reduce burden. It will save our time and efforts also. But it have some negative effects also nd we can't denied that. Thank you so much.

Technology is one of the hot topic in today generation, it replaces the man with a machine, due to automation many members of people are loosing their jobs, it reduces person effort, and time. In software industry every person will face this impact because even an experienced person can be kick out of his/her company where he or she working in their company. The reason is tht, all the freshers are aware of latest technologies, so the experienced person can be replaced by fresher, by this the respective company can make a lot of profit. At the same time, technology gives a lot of jobs to all unemployed persons through food delivery Android apps such as Swiggy and Zomato.

Good afternoon to one and all.

Today the given topic is "Impact of technology on jobs". We always wish to improve our technology and want to experience the advanced features in technological aspects. Today all the youth are getting recruited in software companies after their education. It is completely related to technology why because in olden days there is no such kind of facilities. Hence, there was a huge amount of unemployment and less literacy rate. But now we can easily go through the exam notifications & if we want to apply for a particular job we can easily apply it from our home.

Technology is not at all effecting badly on jobs. It is providing more information related to job seekers & one can get to know the reason about their unemployment & they can improve their skills and abilities by following online classes and study materials. When a student has the ability to solve, thinking capacity, listening skills, communication skills, learning skills, leadership qualities, spontainity, confidence & knowledge these are the factors which are really important in life. But majority of the students only give priority for the academics not for the practical knowledge. This is the main factor for unemployment. Technology will never effect badly on jobs it is completely based on our usage.

1. Technology is a good thing but only until it has a human to look after it.
2. Robots, automation, etc. Reduces jobs as it requires no human labour.
3. CNC machines are good examples of technology as they are to be operated on the spot by the operator (human).
4. In this way, humans have jobs as well as the work is accurate.
5. Technology is great but only under human supervision.

Hello everyone.

I'm Vikas Jadhav from BITM ballari.

I would like to say something on this topic.

In my opinion, there are plenty of jobs available, but the reason why unemployment is still transpiring means we are not getting the adequate practical knowledge during our academic, and our syllabus is not up to date, and we are not getting appropriate skills what the industry is expecting from us.

Today's technology is so advanced with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things etc.

Many of us are not getting a job! Why are they not getting it? Because Who understands the present technology those only getting an appointment presently.

Thank you.

This is the Technology Era, where we using technology starting from the day to end of the Night. Each and every activity we are doing through technology. It's not the only effect on our personal life but also affects the job sector.

We using technology in educational sectors, Banking sectors, Hospitality, Corporate, etc. Without Technology each and every sector is paralyzed.

There also some advantages and disadvantages.

*Getting accurate information.
* Fewer errors.
*Helps in making strategic planning and decisions.
*Meeting through video conference.
*Online marketing.
*Increase the efficiency and productivity of a business.
*Less physical work.
*Learn a new skill.

Disadvantages:

Technology becomes a giant for employees.

*Replace to the human.
*Less use of human creativity.
*Create unemployment problems.
*Generate cybercrime (through misuse of technology).

Conclusion:.

We must make a balance between humans and technology. We Are not only giving importance to technology but also to humans.

Thank you.

Technology helps us to improve our capability and limits. So with the help of technology employees are able to work remotely so it is very beneficial for companies and employees. We thought before the covid pandemic was that most of the people will remain jobless after some years of the pandemic. But the situation seems different. Because of only the technology. Many freshers students also get jobs.
