All the industries and organizations are dependent on the machines it has benefits that chances of error are less and cost of labour also saves but unemployment also increases.

In this updated technology the people who have the knowledge of teaching but don't have jobs they can able to teach through online classes like YouTube, etc. The people who want to do a part-time job can able to get a job without visiting any merchant with the help of ola, uber, Zomato, etc. Some of the educational apps they are useful to the people who want to crack the UPSC and some other government jobs.

The demerits are with the updated technology most of the people are ordering products through some apps so people who are selling in shops can't able to run there business. Humans have invented robotics they have reduced the work of humans so some of the people losing their jobs.

Technology makes our job easy. With the help of technology, we can save our time easily. But it's a negative impact also. Technology increases unemployment. An only skilled person use technology and in rural areas lot of people don't knowledge about this then they what to do if they learn how to use technology then no one can take the responsibility they can get job easily because a few persons can use technology easily then other skilled persons what to do. So, guys, we know that technology has an advantage and disadvantage also.

In opinion, when we talk about introduction of new technologies. It is kind of evolution only. World is changing so fast to make the things better and quicker. It increases efficiency, reduce the cost, quality is getting better and things are getting easier than it used to be. On other side when we talk about unemployment, there is a simple law of " survival of the fittest ". One needs to make himself fit enough to survive. Still there are need of people to operate such machines. Still there are many different opportunities if we stop being mechanical and start being bit creative.

Having said that there is no deny in this that people are not getting work so easily but when we quantify advantages and disadvantages. I think advantages are at bit heavy side. So world not gonna change as we want for our good. We have to change as the world is changing for everyone's good.

Today's topic is the impact of technology on jobs, and it can be seen in today's world. Demands of IT sectors, automobiles sector and various other firms they all are moving towards automation and advancement in their technologies. And its impact can be seen on the youths, many employees are getting fired from companies because their knowledge is of no use to the company, the private sector is growing ridiculously high and their demands from their employees to get a good hand on recent technologies otherwise their jobs will be at stake.

In many engineering colleges, the placement scenario is getting worse year by year, only the CSE nerds are getting good packages while the other branch engineers is submitting their resumes to one company to another. This is because we are studying decade-old syllabus and in this era it is of no use, we core branch engineers will be not getting good placement until we learn these new technologies or switch towards government sector, at last, we want job security.
