In today's life technology is being implemented in every work because it saves time, money, labour.

But one thing is that it enhances unemployment and opportunity for uneducated people towards work becomes very less.

Finally, it has a tremendous effect on jobs but another side it has many advantages.

We can't totally say that technology is good or bad. Though it makes our work easy but at other side it increases laziness and also create unemployment which is not good for us. We should use it in a proper way so that it can't be disadvantageous to us.

Today we all are discussed here "is the technology affects the job or not".

To my point of view - technology does not affect jobs its only our way of perception that affects the job yet technology provides time for the new opportunity to do simultaneously. With the help of technology, a man do lot of work.

Acc To me there is no shortage of jobs in this world its our thinking that we think technology impacts on the jobs but the reason is that we not want to do something new.

Technology helps in overcome the hurdles of humans. Its makes life more easy and fast, luxury.

Technology has made no. Of our traditional jobs redundant (unnecessary). Ex- atm's replaced some bank jobs. And it is the new wave of technology like automation, artificial intelligence, and many other. As if we study about it properly, the job opportunities are increased, quite abnormally as well as decreased abnormally. Which results in many UP's and downs. In employment opportunities for us.

Technology helps us increase productivity which results in reducing the burden of employees and, it stops them from doing the repetition of the work. To carry on this the workers need to adopt some technical skills through training and much more, due to the usage of technology many educated youths can happily able to acquire their job, which somewhat reduces the educated unemployment. Technology helps in the growth of the economy. The companies that are using technology help themselves to reduce their expenses on their goods. Which helps them to expand their services. Which results in the creation of more finished goods that are able to be consumed.

Technology has the potential to create more job opportunities which result in an increase in the economy in rural areas. This is one of the temporary solutions to decrease rural unemployment.

Technology has both negative and positive impacts on the environment. From the employer's point of view, the growth of the company increased due to Technology as every work is made easier, and faster. A few months of work are done in a few days.

For eg, calculations, analysis and so on.

Negative impact: people are more reliant on computers. People's knowledge growth is being stopped as they more depend on google.

Impact of technology on jobs-.

Well, it has its positives and negatives. The positive is, it makes the country more prosperous. In today's day and age the more technologically superior a country is, the more prosperous the country would be. The negative is it is creating unemployment like never before. No doubt technology is also creating jobs but there is no guarantee that such jobs would remain forever. With further advancement in technology jobs like in call centers may also become obsolete in future. So anyone, whether illiterate, semi literate, or literate and educated can be affected by technology. Technology can also cause health problems for example working too much time on computer causes eye problems. Government should address this problem without having to compromise with technological development.

I think every coin has two part, like that technology has merits and demerits too.

Technology boost our economy. Nowadays a measure part our economy depends on IT sector. No doubt if you have good technical skills then you can a job easily.

On the other hand if you lack of it is difficult to get a job. Technology reduces number of jobs.

At last I want to say that technology should be promoted it makes life easier.

Today the world growing very fast in all sectors like Agriculture, Health, marketing, Education, Banking sector, Retails Entertainment, Media and Communication as well, etc. With the help of technology.

Technology making an easy way to live in life, without technology not expect live life nowadays and job.

We all know that technology and tech development in our work does more convenient and easier than before we can our work faster and smoother through technology but we all know every coin has two sides the second side of the technology disadvantage from when the technology developed many people lost their jobs who don't know how to operate technology. I feel our government should take some step for these people and starts some technology skills development program and come to these people in the main chain of technology.

Technology helps us in our work. It reduces time as well as cost too. Technology has made our work easier and more convenient. Nowadays, we can get whatever that we want to get from the store in a minute it's all because of technology. So, I believe that Technology has made our job easier.
