According to me, it is .012 * 100 = 1.2, dry wt = 1.54 * 1.2 = 1.848, 1.848 ÷ 7 = .264.

= 1.92/1+6.

According to this answer, they taking 60% extra => 1.2 * 60/100 = 0.274.
