There were 3 columns of digits.

1st column = 366.
2nd column = 366-9 = 357 (i.e 2nd column numbers start from end of number 9).
3rd column = 366-99 = 267 (i.e 3rd column numbers Start from end of number 99).

Hence answer will be 366+357+267= 990.
