I could give you a lot of reasons why you should hire me. With a list of experience and loads of personality that goes with it. That is the perfect recipe for excellent businessman. Even if they have been there for years, don't mean they know what it take to move the business forward.
If you have that thought process, I will tell you, you would never be prosperous. If you are at the top of field and excelling tremendously. I would tell do not hire me, because what you doing now is working. But, if you want your company to reach it's highest level of potential. I am that person.

I am a dedicated outstanding performer throughout my career and deliver best result which any Organization want from its employee and if you hire someone from outside Fresh/New ideas, Different working style and experience may results higher productivity in your organization.
