I want to give 8 on 10 on my written and oral communication because I think everybody needs training during the work.

Why? different companies have different rules and policies also the way they deal with their customers and clients they have their tricks in a different industry. Because their products and services are varied.

Yeah, sure sir/mam.

I guess I don't have the right to rate you. But as the right given by you, we will be the right person to rate you as an interviewee so this quality of asking the interviewee to rate/feedback can rate you definitely increasing a scale also shows your overall interview session and I humbly rate you 9/10.

As a student, as a fresher and as your junior I am nobody to rate you and your skills. With time and experience, I will be able to think like you and understand your perspective on judging a candidate but I can never replace you. The age factor and seniority cannot be bypassed irrespective of anything and everything.

Being an interviewer it is a great thing for asking feedback.

Thank you, sir.

I would like to rate you as 10/10 because this is the first interview I am attending and obviously this is the best interview for me.

After attending 2 or more interviews then I can compare with another interviewer and then I will rate.

Being a fresher, am not the right person to rate you. I will consider this question as an order I will give 10. Because HR is the firewall of the company who accepts the valid packet and rejects the invalid one. And you can judge a candidate in a short span of time where other won't have such talent.

I think you are the one who rates the people on basis of their talent. So I'm not the right one to rate you because I can't judge people within a short period of time. Infact, this is a special ability of HR and I'm not HR.

If I'm ordered to rate you, I would give you 8/10 with +2 as complementary.

I think I am not the right person to give the rank of you because I am fresher, I don't have any experience and you have more knowledge and a great experience. If you want my rank I will give 9 out of 10 because brilliant makes mistake and coin has both side. I have to learn lot of things from you.

As this is my first interview experience I think I'm not eligible to judge you but I can say you are very interactive and encouraging.

Probably you are best in interviewing so that is the reason your company sends you here. You might have years of experience in this field, so I rate you with 9/10.
