Sir, till now I am not in a position to rate you but as you are a part of HR team which is the backbone team of any organisation and have the ability to filter the right candidate within a few time you must have something tremendous and you are recruiting candidates for an organisation whose turnover is somewhat, so from my point of view you are perfect for company and I'll give you 10/10.

Sir, as a fresher, I don’t think I am in a position to rate you, as it is a part of the interview I have your question, I will rate you 9 out of 10, 8 for your friendly nature and your way of comforting me and 1 for your honesty of asking such a question to a person who is less qualified and less experienced than you and I have deducted 1 because no one is perfect.

Thank you.

Well, I don't think anyone can be a good judge of anything in such a short time span. I believe it would be naive of me to think that I can rate you out of ten at your own job by only spending 30 minutes with you. However, I can rate this interview session a perfect 10 on 10 as it met all my expectations and I had a great experience interacting with you gentlemen/the panel.

Sir/Mam, I do not have the audacity to rate a highly qualifies person like you. However, if you must insist, I would give you a 10 because I am really grateful that you gave me the opportunity to sit for this interview. This has been a really pleasant experience for me because you listened to whatever I said with patience and it is a huge thing for me. Thank you so much.

It's really good of you that you are asking for feedback from interviewee I mean very few people are interested in listening feedback nowadays.

For the quality of your questions and your friendly behaviour with the complete stranger. I would like to rate you 8/10 and +2 for asking feedback so 10/10 I guess.

It was a pleasure meeting you sir, Have a pleasant day.

I don't have any experience to judge you but what I observed is you are friendly, supportive and also very cool. You are so simple that I am free talking to you. You took off my pressure and I forgot that this an interview. I want to give you 10/10 but it may give you the wrong impression that I am flattering you. So because of that reason, I am giving you 9/10.

Haha I think I'm not the right person to rate you. Company appoints eligible and right person as an HR because he is the person who plays the key role in the selection of right candidates who gives their 100% efforts in growth of the company. The company thought that you are the correct person. From their point their point of view I can rate 10out of 10.

First of all, thanks for giving this opportunity to rate you, but I am sure I am not in such a condition or position to rate you. Anyway but as you have asked me this question so I think I am bound to answer this. Sir, I will rate you 9/10 as nobody in this world is 100% perfect everybody needs improvement.

Thank you once again, sir. Nice to meet you.

Sir, actually I am a fresher and I am not in a position to rate you as an interviewer but if you say that its a part of the interview then I can rate you 9 out of 10 sir for making me comfortable in the interview. If I rate you as 10 out of 10 then you may think that I am trying to impress you. So I don't want to create any such opinion for you.

Thank you for giving this opportunity. We can't give any rate because being an HR is not easy. In student age, we can learn anything and we can remember and manage everything because in that age our mind was very fresh. Being grown up we have loose that capacity but only some person being same at all, they are none other than HR's.
