It is not an easy task to be a HR in such a reputed company. You would have possessed certain qualities to become as HR. So that I would give 10 as you would possess all required talent to be as HR.

Sir, actually I don't have any rights to give you rates, because being as HR is not a joke they require more skills like observation skills, speaking skill, etc all you are having these so that you are in an HR position so definitely you will get 10 out of 10 sir.

Honestly speaking I have wondered that every HR will be dedicated and very enthusiastic in bringing right people to their company without getting bored. Add soft to them so I would definitely rate them 10 for their not giving up attitude.

Haha I think I'm not the right person to rate you. Company appoints eligible and right person as an HR because he is the person who plays the key role in the selection of right candidates who gives their 100% efforts in growth of the company. The company thought that you are the correct person. From their point their point of view I can rate 10out of 10.

Sir, actually I am a fresher and I am not in a position to rate you as an interviewer but if you say that its a part of the interview then I can rate you 9 out of 10 sir for making me comfortable in the interview. If I rate you as 10 out of 10 then you may think that I am trying to impress you. So I don't want to create any such opinion for you.
