Sir I am not in a position to rate you as an interviewer but even if you give me the opportunity I would give you 9.5 out of 10 as nobody in this world is perfect and each one of us has some faults in oneself.

The interviewer is the one who created a kind of comfort zone during an interview not making you nervous or feel degrade even though doing his job rightly. Then without hesitation mentioning the point we can rate them 9. Ending with a sentence indeed its a pleasure taking to you sir/ma'am.

I am not the right person to judge you, sir. Because the HR is the stem of the company. He is the only person recruiting with knowledgeable persons with in a short period of time. This is the ability of the Hr. I won't have such talent, sir.

I think you are the one who rates the people on basis of their talent. So I'm not the right one to rate you because I can't judge people within a short period of time. Infact, this is a special ability of HR and I'm not HR.
If I'm ordered to rate you, I would give you 8/10 with +2 as complementary.
