I think democracy is better than autocracy because in autocracy, only one person has absolute power. And what is the guaranty that he or she will use this power for usage of mankind? It is totally unpredictable. Also by looking at the face of Indian politician, no one is worthy to choose as dictator. They will use this money for himself.

Democracy works when citizens of the country are being human and have integrity. It doesn't work for inhuman, antisocial people. In today's condition, very fewer people are being human. So, India needs a benevolent dictatorship for some years to restore humanity and integrity in its citizens. Then democracy can follow the Peace!

INDIA NEEDS A DICTATOR.

While we talk of dictatorship we always tend to think and give examples of nazis and fascists etc but think of this, if we talk about voting a right candidate to power why can't a honest person come to power by himself and lead by example now thats a possibility. Democracy is new to India and its just few decades old and look at its condition, people have lost faith on the government entirely. We are a deadly mix of people who were never meant to remain together But all we need is a cohesive force, a force so powerful that will not only bind us with fear but peace, stability and development. The dictatorship in India should be like as follows:

1. The revised constitution will be the only holy book of law.

2. A party with nationalistic programmes and no hidden agenda.

3. No reservations but instead robust facilities and talent development.

4. Governmental participation based on education, experience and likeness of public.

5. No appeasement politics but yes the hinduism should be taught to the world as this is the only land for hindus.

6. A uniform civil code and cooperative participation from grassroot levels.

7. Everything that is anti-national should be banned.

8. Sanskrit should be made compulsory at schools.

9. A single party in which anyone can participate.

10. 5 year elections will still be conducted but with revised and best election procedures.

11. Revision of authority and simpler governance mechanisms in place.

12. Growth, prosperity and city hygiene should be first on agenda.

13. Religious and cultural organisations should be monitored and any hate propaganda should be met with strict punishment.

14. The glory days of India should be brought back with efficient and honest governance and full public participation.

I can write many such points but at the end of the day its our necessity and our desperation and frustration with the current state of affairs that has led us to find the best way to drive our nation. And last but not the least isn't it that our so called 5 year governance is actually TEMPORARY DICTATORSHIP. THINK ABOUT THAT. AND YES IF YOU HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT YET AS TO WHO DICTATES YOU NOW FIND OUT WHO YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CRITICIZE.

. .PEACE. .

First of all, India is a democratic country and democracy has been defined as "of the people, by the people and for the people". So the power is with the people and if there is a problem in a democratic country it is the fault of the people, For example we all make a big fuss and complain that the roads are dirty in India. Who is the one dirtying the road? Is it the government, no it's us the people. So basically the problem with India is that the citizens are misusing the freedom given to the people. So I strongly believe that India is needs a dictatorship for a few years till The Indians becomes disciplined.

India is a democratic country. Democracy means of the people, for the people, by the people. India has always followed a culture of discipline. India carries the principle of diversity. India can not dictatorship country because of many religions, caste system different language. India and china same time freedom but china twenty times progress than India because China is dictatorship country and strict rules or regulations and education system is the best and same religion but India is democracy country and education system not good, many leaders are corrupt.

Dictatorship; Word dictator-speak for itself.

Dictatorship is not that evil when the leader is pro-nationalist.

I think we need dictatorship.

We have seen many stuff in the name of freedom of speech.

Disrespectful toward motherland.

Kashmir issue.

Sudden growth in communalism during election.

What we need is pro-nationalist political party rather than dictator.

We need someone who directly slaps someone who starts communal politics for his own gain.

One who have power to fight against injustice and anti-national stuff its don't matter whether its took face of extreme hooliganism. (Nation first-religion afterwards).

India is a democratic country, only in theories! The politicians and our so called law makers, instead of following the words of the public, do shit only which gives them some good amount of the so called; black money. They eat the people's money, promising to do everything, before the elections, and after that, we see them in media. Its kinda becoming their own motion and not the people's, and certainly on a different page, than that of democracy.

I positively think; India needs a dictatorship rule, atleast to re-enforce and tighten some laws and rules, which can never be attained by simply thinking to tighten them in old ways.

These days, those people have power, who have some basic image in the public and have a well full of money! They under estimate the common man, and hence the word of the common man are silenced.

To bring about a reform, something more of a revolution, can only be achieved by something related to dictatorship only.

Hello friends,

If we look back in history, the very first name comes in our mind is of Adolf Hitler, a German solider whose patriotism was misconstrued with dictatorship. It was he who lead his people for the need of country in availing prosperity, liberty and a strong nation. And today we can easily find how Germany has big impact not only in European union but also in the world in the field of science & technology, economics & politics. It does not mean practicing dictatorship by country's leader always have the same output only if it involves the idea of "country first".

In present scenario, we are racing to consolidate our self in the globe in every domain. Our markets are rising, Department of Science and Technology are being recognized across the globe, we are inching towards in developing a better, salubrious and safe place for our people, but in Snail's place as we vision to achieve "a developed nation" title only in this decade. A dictatorship attitude may enforce others to make the all possible work done in time remain either in fear or loyalty.

If the whole idea is channelized effectively, definitely, it will not only gear up all our on going objectives but also help us to achieve it in stipulated time. It is need of hour. It can better understand by taking example of china whom we are lagging behind even getting independence three years early.

India needs dictatorship because one person's control can solve many problems like overpopulation, terrorism, and then there I'll be one focus on developing this great nation. Democracy can survive where people are civilized and believe in law and order here people wear a helmet because they don't want to pay for penalty rather than it is a safety for themself. It's been 70 years to our independence still we are stuck in the old system of work like a tortoise. When there is a terrorist attack on India some section of society celebrates as their success and no action taken by government There will be clarity in decision making and overall implementation of policies. A dictatorship can solve many of India's long going issues.
