Hi Friends, I am Shashank. This topic sounds to be a very interesting one.
I personally feel that the giving the country, especially like India, which is diversified in its every aspect, to the hands of the dictator is like nothing but inviting the problems yourself. Some of my friends think that yes the dictatorship is good as the dictator is free to take the decisions firmly and will be able to eradicate the problems like corruption, terrorism but would happen if he himself terrified the country with his acts. One can't imagine what would be the pic of India then. I do agree but that he also may be best and can take the country to zenith heights of success but then to this point I would like to quote an English proverb.
"Two heads are better than one".
So instead of choosing the dictator we should try to be a responsible citizen first and then we should also try to to elect a best candidate possible, not from selected list, i.e from list available to you, but from the list we the people of India think should be.
Only after then we can think of a glorified India.
Thank you.

Democracy with a pinch of dictator values is what India wants right now. By this I basically emphasise on the slow developments in our society. We Indians are people who work best under fear. Let's take example of wearing helmets, we wear helmets not because it keeps us safe but we wear it because we fear the traffic policemen who would otherwise impose a challenge on us.
Developement in India is today limited to that helmet when we see the "Danda" we develop, when we don't we pause. So according to me the parties should be limited to two or three so that people can easily judge. The elected must have right to make bold decisions and should only be questionable only to the highest authority so as to instill a sense of fear to work and development would be the result.

Hi friends, I am anil. This topic of whether India needs dictatorship is a serious one. So, we must take adequate steps regarding this matter.
In my point of view there is no use of dictatorship in India. India is a vast country and different people have different needs. So it is difficult for one person to understand the needs of all the people.
It is not right to imply dictatorship by looking at the other countries. America is developed because they are used to dictatorship and there problems are different and there population is also very less as compare to India.
Democratic government is the best for the countries like India. Only thing that is required is that the leaders which are selected should work properly and faithfully.
THANKS.

Yes, I do think India needs a dictatorship. India being a diverse nation faces many problems in which corruption has a major role when there is dictatorship this can be eradicated. Besides, India has a reservation even by today in all fields for which talented people are losing their opportunities and it can only be abolished by a dictatorship.

Hello, This is Mankesh Shah.
In my opinion Country like India doesn't need dictatorship because this country has many religions, caste people speaking different languages so if one becomes Dictator he may only look after focused side or may behave partially in taking decisions towards common people.
Rather than having Dictatorship India needs a good leader/Party to take the whole country towards overall development.
A good leader is enough for any country to take common people towards life's success path.
India needs strong rules and regulations and they must be followed by every single citizen of the country.

Yes. India needs a dictatorship but history has many examples to prove this wrong. Giving the thought of the present day India and the mindset with which we live.
1. Walking along the road you find TRASH everywhere, cattle roaming everywhere in the place where I live. They must be placed where they are supposed to in the bin and the cattle in their area. The mindset of the people has to be changed for this if we want to want to make a Swacch Bharat. (the attitude of "CHALEGA" has to be removed).
2. The POPULATION of India is also the major factor affecting the growth rate at which we are developing. A stringent population policy must be introduced.
3. Also, the KASHMIR issue along with TERRORISM has to be dealt with seriously which can end a major part of our budget being spent on the defense also the claiming of lives of many soldiers.
4. CORRUPTION has to be dealt with seriously if we want a developed India.
5. The people have to think about the caste, creed, race, sex, color and the morale of India as a whole with each person contributing to the growth of the country.
6. We being the largest democracy in the world spend a lot in the elections and other related activities to the elections which can be used for any other development work.
7. The gap between the rich and the poor.
8. Equal laws for all. Respect for WOMEN.
9. MOST importantly the issue of RESERVATION, we need to get over this as soon as we can and make an ECONOMIC criteria for reservation. (which Modi will play once the whole system is converted to white economy after this demonetization move).
10. The traffic in our country is very unorganized and needs a revolution to curb the pollution.
All the above issues can be dealt with by moving from democracy to a new system (need not necessarily a dictatorship) but a system in which we all treat each other as equal and change our mindset of "CHALEGA". Also, stringent laws with respect to molestation, rape, traffic, population control must be in place.
Till then let's do best with this system in place and make the best out of this for INDIA being good responsible citizens.

I think India needs dictatorship as for last 68 years we have democracy and we can see the rate of our development had there been a good dictator in India it would have shown spectacular growth till today votes are been purchased by corrupt leaders the illiterate are been exploited badly as they do not have a say in choosing leaders on the basis that he or she will further take India to great heights but for certain amount of money because of poverty in India moreover I think so as if India needs a dictator who can indeed make India a developed nation from a developing one all I want to say that India don't need a dictator like a fanatic leader it needs a good leader who should be secular more importantly a quite genius to look after diversities related issues then I am quite sure we would be far better in China it achieved great heights in 60 years as America has done in past 200 years in India judiciary here is quite slow let us look forward to a country like India being governed by someone say good leader or more accurately a dictator.

Hi friends,
We know that India is a democratic country.
Many people in this country have many problems and have many conflict, but we don't understand that these problems are due to people around us and people with us. Still we blame our government and complain about it.
Some of the things we should know are;
* Our government has one of the bulkiest constitution resulting many conflicts.
* The political leaders are not worried about their duties.
* Youths are not interested to be part of politics just like me and you who want to be doctor, engineer, scientist, businessman, fashion designer, artist and actor but not a politician.
If we would be able to overcome these problems then there would be no need of any other type of government because the way of our government{democratic} would be great.

I think India needs dictatorship. India cannot develop until her people are held by a fixed pole and for that we need a dictator.
Many of you may think that a dictator in India can become a reality because of India's diversity. But Indians do share a common past. That spirit can only hold Indians together. That happened during colonial period and so it can happen now too. So before we talk about any other qualities of an Indian dictator we must make sure that he is a true nationalist.
Now some of you may also think that even if India gets a good dictator what will happen after he dies. The answer is also given in our history books. One generation of nationalists created the next. In this way the struggle against the British continued. So the same principle can be applied for a dictator too as he should be perhaps the greatest of all revolutionaries.
India can never become a superpower until the ideology of 'one people one nation one leader' is popularised and is practised among the people of this country.

According to me, Within the Next 10 Years India will be under Dictatorship and the next 10 years It will become BHARAT (Notice the difference between India Hindustan and Bharat) They all are same nation physically but Totally different Politically and Culturally. India will be under Dictatorship and that's for sure because For the Full and complete development of the nation not only will the Government be responsible but more importantly the citizens of the nation because as we cannot clap with one hand, development cannot take place with just one authority. We need to go back to our culture i.e. from India to Bharat. And some really tough decisions are to be made in order to get this done and Dictatorship is the only way out.
