Rules are not meant to be broken as by definition they are regulations to be maintained by authority.
This famous quote Douglas McArthur is simply a hoax. If rules were meant to be broken they would be guidelines. Rules are to be followed strictly. And, if the follow he given a quote then there will be no order as everyone will be able to do as the please. The will be chaos and the whole system of governance might as well fall apart. It is agreeable that in certain life and death situations rules can be broken, but is the case only for certain situations?

What is rule?
Rule is simply that tell us what to do or not.
If we already know that if I not follow this rule there will be no harm so why we follow these stupids rules.
Ex- there is a restriction on triple driving on bikes but how many people follow ?
Those people who have one bike 3 member in family what will they do obviously they will go together.
They know in rare case if he caught by police.
He will give 100rupee in term of economic punishment and leave.
So rule is broken.

Well, rules are meant to be broken. Are dry? I don't think so. Why because every rule is made up by individuals which make people more comfortable, safety, happily too. Either in ancient days or nowadays every rule is made up by people to live happily only. Some people don't care rules and that person surely suffers their life. Well, rules are meant to be broken. Are dry? I don't think so. Why because every rule is made up by individuals which make people more comfortable, safety, happily too. Yes, rules are made to be broken. Rules are simply warnings with possible consequences once one is broken. Rules are made to be broken. Besides for all you triggered pussies complaining about this saying 1) It's just a saying 2) You need to get out more and stop getting triggered over the internet.

Safety rules are not meant to be broken, yes but other things for example, in initial times people don't educate their girls but Savitri bai rule had broken that rule. So I meant to say that, there are many rules which is coming in between humans progress, those rules should be broken so every person from upper, middle and lower class can do growth.

Rules are not at all meant to be broken. If a person who agrees with the topic should not have right to blame another people for the same. Rules are made our betterment. It's our responsibility to follow the rules.

Rules are followed by all the citizen. From my point of views, There is no need to break the rule. Some guys say the rule are made for broken. Now I'm asking there is an instruction that doesn't touch these wire it has high voltage then why you don't break this rule. So the rules should be followed by everyone.
