Rules are made to spend a better life in a systemic process. If any one think, it is his/her dad's property. Then they are going to a wrong manner. This is also called selfishness. If you are in emergency then you can break the rule. But that's not mean, your girl friend is waiting. And you break the traffic rule.

The topic is Rules are meant to be broken.
With this, I would not deny that I myself may have broken many rules, be it rules framed by my parents or by my families or maybe by my school and college teachers.
Who obeys rules I don't and maybe it might be with all of you in this discussion. On toll road it's written that the speed should not exceed a certain limit but who has the time to obey them. Even its made compulsory that kids who are below the age of 18 years should not be permitted to drive but all of us have seen kids under the age of 18 driving rashly on the roads and the recent case of a boy who killed a person on the busy roads of Delhi. For kids, they aren't aware of all these rules they think what will happen if we just try to break all these rules. The results may destroy their life but who cares. Their parents are also supporting their kids. Even when on cigarettes packs it's clearly mentioned that smoking is injurious to health. Smoking causes cancer. But this has increased more smokers, be it children under the age of 18 or above the age of 18 we see everyone smoking in the market. If any of us try to stop them or give them the harmful cause of smoking they won't even care to listen. And I have also tried stopping one of my close friends that why are you spoiling your life when you are aware of its harmful effects that person in one or two days told me that he doesn't want to keep this friendship going because I was trying to change him. I know what a lame reason.
But anyway human are there to hide their mistakes but when other person makes the same mistakes we are the first one to speak out loud that the person is not obeying the rules. So we are there just there to break rules.

LIFE is dynamic in nature it's never still. We make rules for the smooth perpetuation of our daily activities. If we don't do so we may be lost. Life without an aim is like a ship wandering in the ocean without any fixed destination. Discipline is very much necessary but sorry it's fading from us.
Every game has rules we cannot go as our mind craves for.
But many rules like our conservative customs, rituals are a hindrance in the path of success that needs to be broken it needs to be modified for everyone betterment.
Overall rules were made by our ancestor's wise persons from their experiences that are almost correct so we should follow those rules, stay in our limits as they are for our own betterment only, and rest we are matured only we know our good and bad and do actions accordingly.

I think rules shouldn't be broken because if we disobey or broke any rule, then we are in habit of disobeying again and again.
Take an example of sports like cricket, football etc. These games are possible because of rules. In cricket, there is a rule not to ball after a fixed line. If we broke this rule, then think what is fun of playing these games.
So, I respect rules and regulations.

Hello, everyone!
Rules are no more rules if we enjoy being in that environment. It's only because we have a desire to break the rules if given a chance makes us feel that rules are stringent and should be broken. It's my view about breaking and following rules.
Thank you.

Safety rules are not meant to be broken, yes but other things for example, in initial times people don't educate their girls but Savitri bai rule had broken that rule. So I meant to say that, there are many rules which is coming in between humans progress, those rules should be broken so every person from upper, middle and lower class can do growth.

"Rules are made to be broken".
Nowadays people break the rules for the fun and state the same line which is very disappointing although if the rules are broke for someone's well being then it is right. Rules are made for our own good. This let us help to decide whether things are wrong or right. So rules can be broke when mandatory.
Thank you.

According to me "Rules are meant to follow and they can also be broken". For example, if we are not following the rule on-road then there is a chance for an accident. And nowadays due COVID 19, we should follow the rules given by the government like wearing a mask and sanitizing our hands or we are going to be affected by a coronavirus. Another example if we are no breaking the rules then we must be in ancient time. Were we use stones to produce fire but now we are using matchbox, litre etc. The is someone who broken the rules and found this latest technology.
Conclusion: I say that rules are there to follow as well as they are there to broken.

In my opinion, rules should not be broken because rules are made for our welfare, for our society, and for our nation's welfare. If you do not follow the rule then it may very dangerous for you, for example if there is a notice placed on high voltage lines like please do not touch this lines. For your enjoyment or if you are very eager to know new any things or you just wants to make a new record, you just touched that wire then what will happen? we all knows very well. And there are also very kinds of example which can show that rules should not be broken. The rule is just like a guideline which should not be disturb. But yes if it for saving the life of someone or for good ways and nothing happening harm to anything then there is no rule.

Let me express my views by describing what exactly are the rules made for, in my opinion rules are the restrictions laid in order to live a proper life in our society.
Rules form a important part of our life whether it is for road signals or schools it always are meant for a purpose. But I agree there are some situations in which we need to break them because we have no option for example to break a traffic signal in case of emergency like for saving one's life.
But today rules are broken for any unnecessary purpose for example many of people don't wear helmets while riding and this has resulted in a great number of loss of life, today the amount of traffic and rash driving is at high peak and if we don't keep our safety it definitely will lead to disaster.
In India laying rules is easy task but to follow them and implement them is a difficult job but we should all remember that we should all try to follow them because one's mentality becomes thousands when people see any one of us also breaking rules so lets not set a bad example for our people let's go for a change it's not I nor you but it's we who can make the difference.
