Rules are not meant to be broken because without rules & regulation our life like an animal, rules make for the betterment of mankind. Rules are not a foundation, they give us systematic approach. Rules as guidelines i.e. made for safety purpose, if we do not follow traffic rules then our life is at risk, so without rules life is risky. We go to school or college or office by fixed time clock because this is a rule & rules maintain discipline in our life. Rules followed by all citizens for make civil life. Without rules, we do not enjoy our life. Rules indicate to us equally to each other because rules are same for everyone. Rules help in attaining success. Rules help to go on right direction for achieving our goals in a proper manner. So our happy life totally depends on rules.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Rules are Meant to be Broken!.
In my Opinion, the application of rule depends on the circumstances and Situations. Because killing of a person in society is Against to the rule of Living, whereas killing a person at Boarder or in the forest by our commandos or by the militants is well accepted.
In my opinion, there are no universal rules which are applicable to each and every situation. That's is the reason it is well said in the constitution courts to give a sense of the rule. The rule has to be modified to the Situation if it is giving adverse results for the prosperity of society then the rule has to be broken as per the constitution, not whomsoever wants to broke the law.
The thinking capacity and application our mind to a particular situation makes us different from the animals living in the forest.
I can tell one thing before doing anything apply our mind and common sense.
Thank You.

There are two sides for every coin. As the statement says 'rules are meant to be broken'.
It is not always the same scenario, we must act based upon the situation. If you always obey the rules and follow them blindly you will never be able to achieve your passion or dreams. If everyone follows the same rulers, everyone will land to the same destination.
It is only when you break the rules and come out of your comfort zone, work hard you'll be able to experience the taste of success.
Similarily in certain cases, it is imperative to follow the rules and act accordingly because we the people of India live in a democratic country that doesn't mean we can do whatever we want to.

Hi all.
In my opinion rules are man made. They are created for good survival of human life. Rules should be followed until they did not become harm to anyone. Rules must be broken in case of serious circumstances.

Good evening to everyone.
Today our topic is "Rules are meant to be broken".
Let's begin with our topic.
As my opinion rules are for everyone and everyone should follow them. There are many rules that are made by governments but for our safety. There are some rules that are necessary for us like traffic signals, children can't give a vote until they are 18, and many more. There is a rule for a short time period to wear mask, social distances etc. And we should follow them. It's our safety.

As coins has two side in this way we can see this topic in two ways:
Taken positively or negatively depending upon people's perspective.
Positive way: yes if someone is injured and we have taken him to the hospital and there the doctor is saying that first we will have to lodge the complaint then obviously dt is the time where we should break the rule.
Negative way : if we always break the rule then.
1) we would not have been a good citizen as because of the rules in school that we should be punctual, clean etc.
Because of the punctuality we understand the value of time in our life.
So, we can say that rules should not always be broken some are made to give us a lesson and their importance in our life. And sometime it should be broken to make other understand that they are doing wrong in this situation.

Greetings Everyone. !
I think Rules keep you restricted to certain area. I think there should be rule to follow all the rule and that should be according to situation. This rule should not be constant, It should be variable.
I have got two advises for you.
1. If you follow all the rules, you will miss all the fun. :D.
2. Nothing is illegal until you are caught. ! ;).

Just like a coin having two sides the rules also having two sides. For attaining success in any field the rules play a key role. for proper arrangment ,discipline rules and regulation are necessary. No doubt rules make our life on time.so the rules must be followed up by everyone to be regular one.But some rules which are of no meaning should be broken because until the old one rule broken up by us the new one will not be created .So the rules having no importance must be broken for the new one .

I don't think so why because of some rule are need to be broken for some time and some are need to be broken for life time some rules are to maintained. Following examples will explain in detail.
FOR EXAMPLES 1: TRAFFIC SIGNALS - if you are in emergency then you should break the rules rather stick with rules blindly because you are going to save the life of someone.
EXAMPLES 2: Rules should be broken for the creation of new rules like SATI DAHA which was for hindu but now replaced THE RULE.
EXAMPLES 3: Smoking in public is punishable.

Hellow friends,
According to me, the statement that rules are meant to be broken is not good to be followed like as we know our country has the rule that is right to equality if we broke that rule then who will suffer= Us. Each and every person has the right to life if we break that rule then who will suffer=Us. So, if one wants to live his life without rules then it would not be possible that he would succeed in his life. If a person made his own rules for his life I guarantee it that he would succeed in his life. But there were some rules in the country those had to be broken like that of the Sati Pratha, Pardha system etc those were making a gap between the equality of a male and female and the initiative of ending these rules were taken by Raja Ram Mohan Roy. We know that youth of our country are much talented and they are proving themselves in the whole world and why they all are having the chance to prove themselves is just because of some rules those may be made in their life and also provided by the country.
