YES, they are meant to be because. They teach us the right and the wrong so we know not to do it again. I am also sure everyone one of you has broken a rule before.

Rules are very important to live in a society. Sometimes we need to brake rules for our happiness or favour, at that time we are going face some problems. So, respect the rules and fallow.

I do not think that rules are made to be broken because they are made by ourselves, for the sake of ourselves and to be followed by us also. Any demolish of rules led to the problems and result any harm to us. Take a simple example of traffic rule that we do not use mobile during journey and if someone do not follow it then several accident gives the evidence due to unseen of rules. If rules are not right then why we the people made them?

I support this sentence because, most of these people do not follow it. Example take it from your home, parents say children that to keep quiet but they won't listen. The road speed will be 60 but you will go 80/100. In that case we can say that rules can be broken when it is necessary we have to break it like, for human society, for our country etc. Thank you.

I think there is no harm if by breaking the rules someone is benefitted in good way, if it's broken for crime or bad purpose it's wrong.

I don't think rules are meant to be broken. Rules are there to make the living more comfortable and organised and hence make life easier. Following rules are necessary for development. Otherwise there will be chaos everywhere. Powerful shall dominate the world. Even we see that those countries where rules are followed are much more developed than those where people believe in "rules are meant to be broken". Discipline is hard to develop but is key to success. Only by following the rules can we lift us and make a society which provides same opportunity to everyone regardless of their power and position. And of course there always will be some rules which won't be right, and those we must oppose. But those will be very few, which should not be the excuse to break others.

Exactly, some rules are made to be broken as many of explained above that if the ambulance is being passed across the traffic in that case ambulance must be passed first cuz that is the question of life of the patient. If the rule won't be broken means patient might be lost his life at that moment. As we know in some situation we have to speak lie also in what we could save someone's life with danger moment. If in this condition we break the rule, it doesnt matter that we are doing something wrong. Thank you.

Here are two sided for the rules. We always break the rule if there are emergency.

But do not break those rule if not needed. We are break those rule for newly created or some changes that rule.

Rules are more important in our life because every rules are achieved in our life and achieved our goals.

According to me definitely rules meant to be broken if old rules will be broken then only we can have the pleasure to enjoy new rules and have the pleasure to break them. But not each and every rule is meant to be broken for selfish reasons only those which can cause positive effects on the society.
