Undoubtedly no! because rules a set of guidelines which create path to be a standard person in the society. Person without rules cannot survive normally under general circumstances. People should make some rules for an optimistic society. Rules doesn't degrade the status of a person but raises the concern on other people.

I am delighted to see such wonderful thought provoking inputs. Rules are meant to control, influence. Main objective of defining of any rule is to expect a person should behave in particular mannerism. As time passes, these rules become absolute and ineffective, which needs to be re validate as time passes. Effectiveness of rule execution measurement tool is major tool to re define rule execution. Rule binds person's mind and body. I am not saying we should not break laws, but we must have to break rules to extend our boundaries. Bringing our dreams into reality. We have to break barriers and fly high through this route. Check history and you will find all people who had done exceptionally well in their life is not believing in ongoing rule and breaking rule.

No rules should not be broken. There is a certain Reason for each rule was created.
In other words, we can say that there are two kinds of people.
1. Would obey when the instruction is given.
2. They would physically get affected and then realize later.
For example:
Our childhood days our mom would have told not to go near candle but we would always be attracted by them and then we would get wounded in our hands.
In the young stage, government or police would ask us to wear helmets but we would think it's difficult to put on in sunny days and we would not use them.
But soon we would met with an accident then only we realize our mistake.
So there is a certain reason why rules are created especially when elder people advise us we should think and obey them. Because if they say there might be a reason for all the rules and regulations to be followed so if we broke our rules we would break our life timeline.

Rules are meant to be broken.
In my opinion, rules which are oppressive or are against the goodness of society overall should be broken.
Rules are made to bring order in society, however, these rules are decided by mankind which means that they can always be wrong.
If rules are not broken people will never know what is beyond the limit.
Rules NEED To be broken to find new methods and creative solutions. Dreams only come true when we believe that our imagination can be something real and that is more than often against the rules.
However in more practical situations like criminal activity, if rules are broken it is incorrect.
Conclusion: the statement is not universally correct. It adversely depends on the situation.

Rules are made to keep people in place. Rules are made by one man. Rules are made to prevent something bad around us.

Hello everyone,
I heard "Records are mean to be Broken by some One. It is rarely happened". But Rules are meant to be Broken. This is a familiar Thing in our day to life. During morning traffic on The Road, each and everyone break the rules and they don't know worry about afterwards happening!
People who break the rules before they thing about the society at-least one in a time. How many peoples get benefits if I support the rules!

There's no one in this world who hasn't broken rules. I mean to say, all the rules aren't necessary to be followed. Rules that doesn't bother you can be ignored. Obeying the rules every time makes life dull and lifeless. In conclusion, rules should be followed but not all.

Rules are not meant to be broken. According to me rules are made to put human life in a disciplined format. Without rules we humans would not be staying in a civilized society, there would be chaos and confusion everywhere. Rules makes us disciplined. But in certain cases some rules do get broken unintentionally.
There are certain rules that are important for safety and well-being- like traffic rules, wearing seat belts, wearing helmets etc. In a country like india, without rules no one would wear the seat belt, though it is very much necessary for safe driving. Same goes for wearing helmets.
Similarly rules in schools, colleges and offices are very important for their proper functioning.
But at times rules do get broken unintentionally, but one should not make a habit of breaking rules.
In certain cases we need to break certain rules just to get a taste of freedom or to break the monotony of life, for example rules like one has to come back home before evening, sometimes it is necessary to break the rule just to experience the night life.

There is a inner meaning of that "rules are to break". But we should know that where should it be. Misuse of rules are also harmful for us. No One should break it for his own benefit. Our young generations have got it in a wrong way.
They don't even know that he is playing with himself while breaking rules because rule are made for his benefit. They get a wrong image in mind of persons who sees him while breaking rules. And its better to wait then get a wrong image. And rules should be broken when its benefitable for public or a needy person keeping aside his own selfishness.

According to me there are two types of rules one is necessary rules, another is general rules. Although both are to be follow but in certain situations like emergency. We might break a general rule.
Example:There are separate water facility for male and female. One male person can take the water from the female one. In the necessary situation.
Necessary rules can not brake because they might be very costly for you. You might lose a important part of your life. "Remember rules are never make one to be bounded. It is made for your freedom".
Example: Cognizant gave me a project on cloud computing, we have to submit it with in 40 days. But because of some moody colleges we got late by one day. And can not image the situation.
