Need for Good Leaders in India

Hallo. I'm Karan Gupta from Amritsar student of CSE in ACET College.

You all need good leaders but do you all think of where we get these so-called good leader we get this leader among ourselves. You know what citizens of India doesn't want to do by themselves they all need someone. Because our Indian people do not have guts to do something for our nation they only think about themselves and their family. I want to say something to all of you first do something for your nation first become a good person not only for your family become a good person for nation do something for your society one individual cannot do all which we want if we all give our best I think our India will become one of the good countries in all universe.

A good leader is one who understands what is the situation and accordingly behaves in the best way to support their colleagues and them in whatever field they are. It's not just about politics but in each and every aspect of life.

Today's people are so much confusion about what should they do for their future so that they can do better as much as possible.

So, as a guider, today there is a need for good leaders.

India must need a good educated leader to grow our nation. Our ancestors said that 'Education is the power' some people are saying that why we need educated leader only why can't experienced person.

Yes, it doesn't matter if he knows the problem, but he doesn't know how to solve it.

Most of the problems are quite different it can solve only by the use of such knowledge means education, knowledge that's why we need well educated leader to handle those problems and also to develop our country.

Democracy is the weak point for India because every politician need vote bank and should support some illegal activities and every election as well as party need fund for election so they should be corrupt for party fund and future election as well as promotion in party.

In my view,

An IAS officer should get a chance to be prime minister of in India b/z he knows better than a normal prime minister about our country not only national but also international way, but always a new creative mind of an IAS officers should be that no conflict creates among the administrative officers!

As we came to know in politics about various kinds of scams day by day. So in politics the leaders are not doing their jobs according to their position. They only make fake statements that they will do development.

But they after wining forget everything about their promises and do everything for their own benefits but not for country so in my opinion we need good leaders which can help us to develop and can take good or economical decisions for the country.

What I think is that good leaders should be the one who knows about problems faced by the people. He should also know how to handle critical situations. He should take strict actions against corrupted peoples. He should solve problems quickly as time is very important.

First, the leader should have thought to develop India as better as leader can.
Second, the leader should be educated and the leader should know the problems to be solved.
Third, the leader should have his/her own motivation from his heart.

We know as our country is lacking for good leaders I mean honest leaders as Abdul kalam. We want justice not by giving more money to The leaders I mean not with corruption. If leaders promise us before to make our life comfortable then they should make it true they should not make fool that when they got seat they will take money and go. Thanks that's my views.

Yes, I think that our country needs a good leader. Many places in India are deprived of many things. Still many people are not getting equal rights. Small people are being insulted everywhere. They say that everybody would get enough study. Every child would get the full education. They are just giving care towards their family. District leaders are given money to make changes in their place but they put only a little money and take other else money for themselves only.
