Need for Good Leaders in India

In my opinion, India is a developing country and India filled with many problems like it's education system is not good it's an administrative system very corrupt and many problems so India leader will be educated and socialist and work for our country problems and know his people and work to improve on this problems.

Yes, definitely leaders are necessary to lead others for the well being of their people. A good leader must seek leadership, guidance, council, to ensure they steer the right path for themselves and their followers. Our democratic country India certainly needs leaders who are well educated and have basic ideas that are to be implemented to change the present outgrowing poverty and further development for our future generations.

The politicians are having criminal records or having criminal cases on them should not be allowed to take part in politics, the funds that are used during the elections should have some limit and it should be investigated properly by govt agencies, also there should be a criteria for a person to enter in the politics like he should be educated and all.

How do you expect a leader to be honest when the people themselves are selfish and corrupt. The system as a whole needs a change. In western countries like US, the elected leaders when they prove to be corrupt, people never re-elect him or her.

You have picked the great topic in my opinion too. Yes India need a GOOD leader for the ruling, and of course, rulers should be good by nature, attitude, and have sincerity for country's development, but before all these things, voters should aware and know the value of their votes.

And, if the young blood will join the Politics it would be great for the country's welfare.

There are three types of people in the politics.

1. One who does their work sincerely.

2. One who does not want to work.

3. One who does not work honestly but creates obstacle for the people who is working sincerely.

Maximum leader is retired and some are mentally retarded.

Young generation should join politics for giving bright future to our coming generation.

I want say few words on the topic on India to need a good leader.

Yes, since 1947 India find so many leaders, but they just alive like a leader nothing to do for society, country, they survive themselves only. I think the better leader comes for young people who take care about the society, willingness does something to people. So the better education gives better people to survive for society. The education needs to improve our India so that illiteracy became a literacy, people. Then everyone became leader India.

India has capability to involve in a list of developed countries that is why India requires good leadership and also good leaders who can mold our economy in fastest growing phase.

According to me, we require an educated leader who takes the right decisions in a difficult situation and know what should do. Every field has some education criteria to enter but only in politics, there are no education criteria. Everyone can enter in politics. I don't understand this logic because our economy is totally based on politics and their decision. If a politician will illiterate how the person can capable to take the right decisions regarding our economy and for the entire nation. So India really needs good leadership and good leaders.

I partially agree with you all, I don't think India need a good leader because if every individual play his role correctly then there is no need of a leader whether he his good or bad. We vote for the leader and we blame them means indirectly we are making the mistake.

Instead of searching of a good Leader, Every individual should feel the responsibility for his job then surely we will be the good leader of our own job, our own society, our own Nation.

Since Independence, our country is a developing country and facing many problems like unemployment, poverty, corruption etc Majority of problems have not solved and even there is an increase in some problems. There is no fault in our constitution and is considered as the best constitution in this world and our laws are very justifiable and we have almost everything to solve them and to have a better India.

The fault is there in the politics, At present, politics have become an easy access to earn more name, fame and money with power. Any citizen of India who has crossed specific age can enter into politics irrespective of his qualifications and his criminal background.

The politicians, who are with selfish motive and lacking ethics and morals are looting our country by keeping national interests aside. They are the reason for increasing poverty and corruption. Poverty is a major problem in our country. But our country is not a poor. Gifting Parliament house to Afghanistan is an example to explain that India isn't a poor country. It is our politicians who are making our country poor.

We are also equally responsible for this as we elect our politicians. Moreover leaders won't born through a special process, they emerge from ourselves and within us. Today we say proudly about our great leaders like Mahatma Gandhiji, Bhagath Singh, Alluri Seetha Ramaraju and many more. These are emerged from us and within us. They have well mindset, proper intentions and patriotic feelings.

Even our politicians can become national leaders if they change their mind set and proper intentions and patriotic feelings. Even proper politicians alone can't make our country developed. Our mindsets also have to change to respond to their policies. Everyone have to discharge their responsibilities correctly.

So, I think that there is no need of new leaders, there is a need of proper mindset to make our country developed.
