Need for Good Leaders in India

I think 'Good leaders' are not just needed for India but for any other country! Now the question arises what exactly these good leaders are like, or should be. Of course the ones who themselves aren't corrupted and the ones who suggest and implement measures to eradicate corruption. I mentioned about corruption first because I believe it is one of those major reasons why India faces poverty, people are deprived of their rights, Slow development etc. According to me, a good leader is considered as 'GOOD' if he or she not merely promises for the so called 'development' only, but believes in dragging out all that grit form the politics and the society which is spread by the bad ones. Only then he or she can fulfill his/her promise to implement, change and execute the plans needed for the development successfully!

Hello, everyone. Everyone says India need a good leader but no one wants to lead if he is good. Every well educated and high thinking people want to be a doctor, engineer or others then how we can imagine that in our politics any good leader should be present.

And one more thing I want to say that any PM CM MLA how they lead us. Everyone knows. In the time election, if any party gives money then many of people sell his vote and after the election, everyone complains that this CM is not good. Brothers if you sold your votes then you have no right to say that this person is good or not good.

Many of brothers think that every members are corrupt whose we should vote. Bro, there is one more option in voting machine NOTA. PRESS NOTA.

Think yourself that we are good or not good if yes then say India need good leader and try to lead. If your heart says I am not good then don't say India need a good leader.

As we know the difference of educated and uneducated people, so first off all we should use our mind at the time of the election. We know most of the politician are not only corrupted they are also criminals after that we just close our eyes and we don't want to contribute to our national development. If someone will say that no I'm wrong so please tell me why our respected minister takes advice from so many members who cleared the most prestigious exam of India that is UPSC. Our politician should also think that they are going to lead 1. 3 billion people so it, s needed that they should have a quality of good leadership and they should also be more and more educated and also a good human being who can understand problems of our country and play a vital role for developing our nation. I think India needs more educated and pragmatic leaders rather than the ones sentimentally and ideologically attached to the people of India. The ideological leaders are more attached to the people of India but it does not necessarily mean that they will be equally effective in leading the nation. This is so because today , India needs growth in its sectors and needs to make an equal impact in the international sphere. I think the leader's post would be more effectively held by people who excel in international relations or economics and trade. I admit that the ideological leaders are important but India now needs developement of the people more than dedication to the people.

In my view, India needs a good leader in every field. In education, transport, banking sector and etc. I read an article recently where India will become a third most powerful nation by 2030. Now the question comes why India is in a developing country. There is only one reason, a good leader. India doesn't have a good leadership.

Corruption is the virus which making India poor and underdeveloping country. It's time not to fight among us. Let's be united and each of us promises to ourselves to become a good leader of a country and make India as a superpower.

India should need a good leader who is well educated and and intelligent and also have a strong leadership quality. He should have the courage and confidence to face real time problems and to save our society.

Firstly, Government should change the eligibility criteria for the person who want to become a leader. Secondly, Government should initiate a committee to check whether the funds allocated for specific project is used for specific purpose or not. By this they can able to avoid corruption and poverty in India.

Also leader should be the one who should initiate some steps for compulsory education for all. Nowadays due to corruption, richer getting richer and poorer is getting poorer, so a good leader should take some action to uplift the weaker sections of the society.

Yes, India needs a good leader, because its developing country and also the population is increasing our country so the resource is more and more need to the people means we need to the good leader in our country. Nowadays all leaders are thinking only their needs and wants. Then most of the leader giving an opportunity for recommended people or rich people only help to them but not consider the poor people. If you want any help you are giving some commission means they are considered people. So we need a good leader in our country.

As such, I haven't seen any good leader in India, our political system is totally corrupted, rich people are becoming rich, poor people are in the same shit, but our political leaders goes to these poor people for votes, once elected these political leaders never turn around and decide not to visit again.

I request all my Indians to elect the youth leaders who always wish to help poor people, make the corrupt free state and country.

Following immediate action needs in India -

* Collection of tax with respect to the yearly earnings.
* Quota system or reservation to be provided only for those people, whose earnings are less than 3-lakh per annum.
* Full powers to police team and who are always with the people.
* A Person who raise the voice against India or religious he should be punished. We all are Indian's first.
* Media should publish ethical and realistic news, Today, the fate of our news channels are in favor of political parties, each channel are identified as BJP, CONGRESS, JDS, Channels.
* Youth and literate leaders should be identified in a rural area and every month these leader's has to meet the CM of the state for detailed discussions.
* State government should not issue a free rice and dal. People are becoming lazy and no one is working. Grocery should be distributed against the weekly work.
* Free medical treatment for the poor people,
* Collected taxes by state and central government should be used properly. 30 to 50% for improving the undeveloped area and remaining for national safety, natural calamities.
* All celebrities/political leaders should pay the taxes, should not use of any influences for waving off the same. In the case of failed in paying tax, next day there should be a raid on their houses.
* Doctors shouldn't charge their consultancy charges very high it should be reasonable. Depending on the patient background discounts should be offered.
* A Person who makes crime he should be punished immediately in court, rather dragging so many years in court.

Well according to me, there is a need of good leaders in our country. All we need the leader to be honest and capability to understand the need of the society. I like to have a woman as a leader. So that, she can make a better India. First of all, women should be given equal opportunities and respect by the men. The good leader should take immediate action on a crime person.

Yes, India ofcourse needs a good leader because it is a developing country. The leader for India need to be an educated and a smart working leader who could take several measures to develop the with doing an equal justice to all the people of castes, class and of all religion. A leader must take such a careful step towards developing the country that no person is at a loss while the the other people of the same society are at a benefit and he also needs to work to stop corruption in the country and most try to stop the problem of unemployment rate in this country.
