In my opinion, the leader is under leadership so that first of all you know about your group members, and what they want and try to solve here problems as a leader. Then another thing was your personality or attitude also depend upon your good leadership skill.

Hi all,
It would be good that leader should have educational qualification criteria to be selected. But we can't ignore the veterans who has by very its facets have seen the dynamicness of contemporary politics.
Rather than this which could be implemented later, the first thing we should have is right to recall. Its subsequent advantage would be that it will let go a well educated leader and a vast experienced leader in a parallel way.

In India, the necessity for good leaders cannot be overstated. Effective leadership is fundamental for steering the nation towards prosperity and stability. Good leaders have the vision to articulate and pursue long-term goals that benefit all sections of society. They ensure efficient governance, fostering transparency and accountability in decision-making processes.
Moreover, they represent the diverse cultural, social, and economic fabric of India, advocating for inclusive policies that address the needs of every citizen. Beyond domestic affairs, strong leadership enhances India's global standing by promoting diplomatic relations, driving economic growth, and advocating for global issues such as climate change.
Good leaders inspire confidence during times of crisis, providing strategic guidance and empathy. They also champion ethical values, integrity, and innovation, paving the way for sustainable development and social progress. Ultimately, good leadership in India not only shapes the present but also determines the future trajectory of the nation, empowering citizens and positioning India as a global leader in the 21st century.
