Need for Good Leaders in India

Leaders are those who serve the country the people the poor. And they must not take their job for granted. You can't completely blame a leader. People too play a major role! Our country will become developed only when there is no poor when there are no one to die due to starvation malnutrition. Diseases etc When do you think will this be possible ?! Not only the leader who plays a role but the people too! Think in a day how many of us waste food? For instance, consider a party or a marriage they serve food with a fixed quantity sometimes that will become more and we waste it sometimes less. But before wasting your food imagine those kids in Somali who starve to death. Even water is not available for them and the poor children they drink cows urine! They wish only for a drop of water while we are wasting liters of water daily! Isn't that shameful! What about shelter all those rich people buy acres of land! Why why? If They provide shelter for 1 poor family then.

All we need right now are good leaders like him who have courage enough to opt for demonetization in spite of all opposition against the move. Jai Hind! Let Black money get out of our once-upon-a-time-pure-country. Hola!

In my point of view, that India has need good leaders. Good leaders means to solve the problems of the people and to meet the problems of the people.

India is a developing country. That India has so many cultures and systems.

In olden days our national leaders fought for India for the cause of independence. So that India must need a good leaders.

Good leaders to India means prime minister not our politician leaders. They work for their parties not for the sake of people.

So, I conclude that India developing country should be lead by the good leaders which will run our future in the better way.

I think India need a leader who understands the problems. Many politicians work when elections are on the head. But if we talk about another developing country they do not work for the sake they do work for there country. And in India, the politicians love their post, they do work also.

Leader of any country should have true patriotism for his/her country and have good Experience of leadership, along with education He sees every citizen of the country as equals to another citizen in majority of religion, race, creed, language etc.

He should have to find different ways to increase the income of his nation's citizen and make opportunities for a citizen to do work and earn money and low level or uneducated citizens.

Wages should be fixed according to their basic needs. He allow own country business to invest in the country and make private industries so that rate of livelihood increase for country people. Leader of the country needs to be an honest man and have feelings for his citizens. He should have to go between peoples and make a responsible man of that area to solve their problems. He should make several colleges, universities, schools and work on free education, medical, public facility systems.

To be best leader needs:

1. Don't fear of defeat because you purpose is to serve the country not to win the election.

2. High education is not mandatory bit basis education to understand the country and it basic problem.

3. Do good always, what may the impact.

4. Money and power are not required, only will power.

5. Why country is getting down, not with a bad politician, good and educated people are not daring to fight.

Our country' s leader should have characteristics like mother. He should be educated and having patriotic feeling. Save the country from casteism. I can't understand why any leader does not announce before election that he will finished the system/reservation criteria from the country.

What is the need for a good leader?

In my point of view, I would say person who doesn't focus only his/her ideas rather gets the ideas of citizens to implement a project are good leaders. Since leaders are our backbone. They must have the qualities to handle a team which is more important.

Now a days every leaders are coming out with so many ideas to improve our country to next level but they don't see whether it is implemented by the persons who works below him/her. A good leader should have the capability to handle a team and implement his/her views.

In my view, India needs good leader in every field. In education, transport, banking sector and etc. I read an article recently where India will become third most powerful nation by 2030. Now question comes why India is under developing country. There is only one reason, good leader. India doesn't have good leader.

Corruption is the virus which making India poor and under developing country. It's time not to fight among us. Lets be united and each of us promise to ourselves to become good leader of a country and make India as superpower.
