Of Course in this era of Information Technology we people are dreaming paperless offices.

Searching and carrying this paper stuff everywhere is quite hectic. Even though today most of the work we do is online in Government offices, educational institutions we can't move an inch without paper.

This idea sounds very cool but it definitely gonna take some finite time to come in existence. Clerical staff in every organization must computer literate and aware about internet use. This will certainly relieve the people from carrying the burden of documents for like centuries.

Well paperless work is more efficient as suppose an office caught by a fire, then if company is working on paper, then all the main data will vanish and company just completely ruined but if paperless work is going in office i.e. via computer. Then its hard copy will be saved. And if at somehow hard disk just crashed then all the companies have distributed database so company can fetch all the lost data from the main server i.e. headquarters so paperless office is reality and if company has strong data integrity then even hackers can't do anything.

Yes, I'm in favour of this topic and we must have to shift in a world which is paperless to save our earth because if there is no paper then the cutting down of trees will be less as compare to now and pollution will less.

We must be a shift to digital world by which work become easy.

We can store many things in pen drive which is easy for transferring and to copy.

We can save the time which is very precious.

So, I think the world must have to become paperless and go to a digital world where work becomes very easy and eco-friendly.

Thanks.

The paperless office may not be a reality today but in future, it will definitely be more and more people are moving towards this idea and I think it's a great thing because going paperless means saving our trees which are a very Eco-friendly step.

This also supports digital India because if we are going paperless that means data will be stored in computers.

Storing and analysing of data also become easy and convenient. We don't need to store lots of hardbound files in our offices. Thus this will also help in saving the office space.

i agree with u shishir..the paper less office could be actualy termed as an office where paper size and numbers are reducing day by day because of computers but we can't say that the papers are not finding any corners in office as in many ways we can't just leave the application based on papers as it's not at all complicated to do some task over it and computer illiterate can't do task's on computers and in-spite of the fact that the person is intelligent that many other persons.so paper again come to the rescue of that kind of man.

Hello, guys, my name is Indrajit.

I think the paperless office would be true. Because it is low time consumption. Very easy. Economically and also ecology gives us benefit. Also not have a responsibility to store and save big files. But I there is too many government officers who are serving in the rural area.

Who doesn't have known too much knowledge of computer?

And secondly, India has not had too much secure connection. If this two problem can solve then definitely paperless office will be work.

According to my point of view, a paperless office is just a dream because nowadays apps and technology updated but people still believe in papers because they don't believe in human because nowadays I have seen this cases I give a small example.

I will take an MBA project as an example universities has given guidance to all students to collect project permission letter and certificate from the company here the company should give a certificate it is papers.

It is impossible in a country like India.

Actually, paperless office is not a reality but it is in improvement stage. We need paper in educational system, offices, etc. If office will become paper less then many people will become jobless for eg. Postman who carries and delivers the letter and other things. Many printers will become waste.

There are many threat exist in internet world hence we can't rely for transmission of secure data and the people who don't have computer or digital devices, they need data which is printed on paper.

According to me paper less office is not a myth.We can send communication through mails. We can store the data on storage devices. This can be possible in a non-IT company also.Just they need a little training and small technical instruments. It will be surely a drastic as well as cost effective change. But once it is configured, it will be a life time thing. As well as it will be a Go Green attitude. There will be lesser tree cuts and more oxygen in the air and less global warming.
