Every important details had to be in hard copy. Lets take an example photography. It is more valuable in hard copy than soft copy.

Paperless office cannot be a reality, because legal works are being done everyday. They have to certify their process.

Paperless office to some extent is fine. but i dont think so it is applicable to all industries, departments.
