I think Technology is increasing day by day and it will never stop, it will just on increasing. Jobs are proportional to Technology, the more the technology more the jobs. People lifestyle is becoming easier day by day. Works are done faster and accurately by using advanced Technology. But as we know every coin has two sides, Technology makes people lazy and dull. For example, before people use to go outside the house for exercise but now we can see that the people do their exercise in the machine, they don't get the fresh air like before, this is the reason that people health issue is being increased. I'm Rishi.

Today's topic is quite interesting i.e. the impact of technology on jobs. So, according to me, it is true that presence of technology reduced the job opportunities like artificial intelligence also comes into play where the computers can think like human, autonomous vehicles, automatic industries, 3d printing etc. These innovation made humans work easier and more precise as a result people prefer more machines rather than a human because we want our work to be done with more feasibility and more easily with less time. According to the research if today 1. 8 million jobs get reduced because of technology then there will be 2.3 billion jobs in 2020.

Coming of technology only made the good standard of living as our demanding are also increasing and to fullfil our need we prefer machines and helped us get in achieving our requirements but it never is replaced by a human.

Well, it has its positives and negatives. The positive is, it makes the country more prosperous. In today's day and age the more technologically superior a country is, the more prosperous the country would be. The negative is it is creating unemployment like never before. No doubt technology is also creating jobs but there is no guarantee that such jobs would remain forever. With further advancement in technology jobs like in call centers may also become obsolete in future. So anyone, whether illiterate, semi literate, or literate and educated can be affected by technology. Technology can also cause health problems for example working too much time on computer causes eye problems. Government should address this problem without having to compromise with technological development.

It may have both pros and cons but must have eased the job of various industries.

It might have a bad effect i.e., reducing the number of jobs, but it also has improved the quality of productivity in any industry.

The conclusion is, it has a dark impact on the jobs, as modern technology reduces the number of supervision. Simply it has reduced the quantity of job and increased the quality of the product.

Today technology has shown its impact in a very wide sphere in each and every job. Today to a very large extent the use of technology is being accepted by most of the people in jobs because they have made the present working style easier, safer and faster. The technology has changed the time period from couple of days to couple of hours. It can be understood by a small example- earlier when one wants to sanction a loan, one has to carry a bundle of documents with him and takes around a week to sanction one's loan. But now one need not carry the documents everything is online and the loan sanction is also on the spot. In short because of technology less input gives you large output as far as villages are concerned then one will come to know that now many farmers are using online prescriptions and mobile apps for their farming that's all. - Makes life easy.
- We can save more time.
- Risk in some jobs like mining, construction, etc decreases.
- Work is done very rapidly.
- Increases the job opportunities for skilled people.

Negative:
- Make life lazy.
- Mental pressure increases.
- Health is deteriorating.
- Employment for unskilled people decreases.

Impact of technology have Very bad impact on jobs, due to these technology day by day unemployment level increases, people are jobless. Some family of lower class are die due to poverty. We know that lower class people belongs to rural areas but they are doing job to save their family but due to technology they are die and we say it is the development of our country. Development is not only for fixed place, it is for overall areas.

Because of the fear that with the introduction of technologies the chances of people losing jobs will increase, we can not avoid these technological advancements. When computers were introduced it was predicted that many jobs will be lost due to it, but if we see present computer is an integral part of every sector which has helped in easing our work and maintaining records. As we adopted certain technologies we have access to a faster mode of communication, faster delivery of products and several other advancements take place. We can use new technologies like artificial intelligence in performing repetitive tasks and it can be also be used in places where there is a threat to human health.

It has drastically made our life easier. But let's face the harsh truth. Technology has created opportunities only for well skilled and educated people only. 26% of Indians are uneducated. How will they feed themselves? With the rise of online business, the shopkeepers are striving for goof market. Amazon will be using drones to deliver the packages taking away jobs of 100s of delivery boys. I cannot agree more to the fact that zomato, swiggy and uber have provided ample of jobs to people. But the time is not far when they will also use drones to deliver food. With the rise of AI in the world, millions of jobs will suffer in the world.

The technology was meant to make life easier instead it is making our life meaningless.
