Technology has taken over the world completely in every field whether it is in education, marketing, socialising, or employment.

The recent technologies developed in the 20's had a great effect on our lifestyle, it has made our lifestyle so much easy and time saving. Jobs nowadays are also affected by the technologies as most of the company go with the flow of latest technology and hence look for the people who are good at technical skills. Also as technology advances the need for the workers also increases and hence employment increases. Companies like uber, ola, swiggy, zomato, flipkart, etc has given employment to millions of people. This is the power of technology. It has brought a revolution to the world. We can now apply for jobs just by staying at our house. We don't need to roam from office to office in search of a job vacancy as there are website, social networking sites and job specific apps which tells about the vacancy. We can also prepare for the jobs by using various source of information available on internet. Technology has made employment so easy. But the disadvantage is that people are not looking up on their physical fitness and as a result lead to major illness problems. It company employees use to sit in front of laptop for several hours resulting in damaging of their eye sight and mental illness too. Also those who don't have the facility to learn these technical skills face a problem in getting a job and hence end up having a low-paid job.

Before I'm going to discuss something related to the impact of technology on jobs. Let me tell you what is technology means. It refers to the study of skills, techniques, processes, and methods for the production of goods and services.

Like the existence of a good God and a bad god, there is the scenario of a good point of view like a good god and a bad point of view like a bad god.

I'm starting with a good one:

1) With the Discovery of technology many works related to online become easier we can easily connect across the world.

2) With the increase in technology, many of them got more jobs in the IT sector.

3) It also helps to reduce the time of work.

4) it also helps to reduce the error happening in the organization.

Now we see the scenario of the bad one:

1) With the increase in technology, many industries get automated by machines which results in a decrease in the involvement of human beings.

2) Also with the increase in technology humans become lazy.

3) With the increase in technology less chance to get a job in an organization.

So here's my view.

Hope that in the upcoming generation there is a valuable use of technology effectively and efficiently.

As we all know that in today's modern world the demand of technology has been increased. As technology is the one which can makes things easier and reduce human efforts like computer, mobiles, Machines used in factories all of these are helping to do work effectively in less time. But due to this there is a also a threat to the people finding jobs as technology gets better the demand of man hours will be reduced and it will be replaced by machines creating unemployment in the country.

More technology means less physical work people who are not skilled specially illiterate people technology is graveyard for them & its golden gate entry for skilled one. Technology is very beneficial for growth of country in less time. More technology more unemployment.

I'm Mehak and our group discussion topic is "IMPACT OF TECHNOLOGY ON JOBS". Every coin has two side, similarly technology is boon and bane for jobs. So, let me share my views.

Technology is raising day by day, no doubt it helps to enhance our economy because in this era almost everything depends on IT field. Every firm depends on artificial technology, machine learning and internet of things and they need programmers, machine learners, developers and educated persons as per their requirement. So Tech jobs are only available for educated folks. On the other side, there are no jobs for those persons who are not familiar with technology.

Moreover, students can get online part time jobs with their continuation of studies. So it helps to earn money and to save time. It enhances productivity. But if machine breakdown then it effects on efficiency and productivity both people totally depend on technology and machines. It makes us lazy.

Conclusion: every coin has two sides. Similarly one side technology helps to reduce workload, to enhance productivity, to save time and money, on the other side it reduces jobs and limited to only educated persons.

Technology is one of the most criteria for a country to be a developed. With the changing scenario it is better to adopt technology rather depending on physical work by humans. With the advancement of technology work can be done very easily. But when we talk of impact of technology on jobs we feel that with the installation of machines a huge amount of workers will be unemployed. With the new generation it is much essential for those workers to learn the new technology system. For them special training should be arranged so that they can manage themselves with the new technology and can save their job. High production can be achieved. Less time is required to do a work with the technology.

I got the opportunity to share my views. There is some good and bad impact of technology on jobs. But the good impact is quite a havier than a bad one. Nowadays automation and digitalisation are increasing day by day. Due to automation machine can do a lot of work within less time but a man can't. It also improves productivity and quality of production while there might be chances of error in human work. Overall technology improves our economy as well as GDP.

It has also some demerits especially those who are illiterate and not aware of technology how it works so he might have problems in getting a job. Overall it creates the problem of unemployment.

So the government should provide good infrastructure, training programme to make them understand about technology so that they will be able to get a job.

Technology reduces manpower and creativity. Today's world robots are used to foodservice in this scenario robots reduce human work.

When your travelling in the bus the conductor getting tickets using machine its also technology.

Today's world technology plays a major role.

I past years industry used peoples for the working process but nowadays they are moving forward to automation here also human works get reduced.

Hello guys, Technology advancement is severely affecting jobs all over the world. It seems very nice as we advance in technology we have everything control by machine, works gets easier, and so many other benefits. What about those who lost their jobs the jobs which are previously manually operated are now performed by machines and those men are losing their jobs because of it.

I am not denying the benefits of the technology advancement but there should be a balance between both of them.

Today we are going to discuss our GD topic "impact of technology on the job". Nowadays we are living in a digital era in which all the people want to do there all the work through the machine. Like all the human work is replaced by the machine. Coming to the scenario of technology impact are using a digitally programmed machine which alone can handle all the work which is done by more than 10 workers. Due to the impact of technology, we are doing work in very less time. There are lots of technology is invented which helps to only in urban skilled people to use that technology. Like withdraw of cash from ATM machine this is not helping in the rural area people. Because they are totally unaware of these things. For using this government firstly give some training to the rural area people so that they can also take this advantage of this technology. Technology reduced unemployment in our country.

In rural area people, they have also the lake of the internet for using the technology we should have the proper internet connectivity.

There is three main sectors for the working field in our country 1. Agriculture 2. Industry 3. Serice.

For agriculture sector we need tractor as an machine but now a days nobody wants to do work in the agriculture field. All are want to move in the industry for their good works and in industry lots of work is done by the machine because it takes less time and it does not require any type of rest. So with the help of technology, we are producing more product day by day without any stipulation which helps to the growth of GDP of our country. In service sector we are also using lots of technology like in medical sector doctors are also use lots of machine for the checking of disease like x-ray, MRI scan, CT scan all are giving by using technology. All are working on the principal of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
