Impact of Technology on Jobs

In opinion, when we talk about introduction of new technologies. It is kind of evolution only. World is changing so fast to make the things better and quicker. It increases efficiency, reduce the cost, quality is getting better and things are getting easier than it used to be. On other side when we talk about unemployment, there is a simple law of " survival of the fittest ". One needs to make himself fit enough to survive. Still there are need of people to operate such machines. Still there are many different opportunities if we stop being mechanical and start being bit creative.

Having said that there is no deny in this that people are not getting work so easily but when we quantify advantages and disadvantages. I think advantages are at bit heavy side. So world not gonna change as we want for our good. We have to change as the world is changing for everyone's good.

Well technology impact on jobs!

Obviously, it is a considerable one. Technology is the only thing which can upgrade our motives and aims. In my view may all thought that it reduces employment to illiterates but then n now India ia always an agricultural country & its the backbone for our country so why not every new technology helps them to get good profits n helps them in their field though they are illiterates. Not only in agriculture in many fields it's completely into the profit to field persons. Technology needs to be nail so that our Indian economy will increase and our gratitude be. So that the government provide jobs to illiterate in some fields. We'll now India is not that techy but still have many your employees. So it does depends on the individual. I always put forward for technology enhancement cuz it has everything to do with the country to change it or rebuilt it.

At first, let us discuss the merits.

In this updated technology the people who have the knowledge of teaching but don't have jobs they can able to teach through online classes like YouTube, etc. The people who want to do a part-time job can able to get a job without visiting any merchant with the help of ola, uber, Zomato, etc. Some of the educational apps they are useful to the people who want to crack the UPSC and some other government jobs.

The demerits are with the updated technology most of the people are ordering products through some apps so people who are selling in shops can't able to run there business. Humans have invented robotics they have reduced the work of humans so some of the people losing their jobs.

Let us consider as an example of artificial intelligence. It provides more and more knowledge it doesn't mean to replace humans. Humans are the only ones who created this wonderful artificial intelligence through coding.

It can assist humans and provide more and more suggestions. It doesn't threaten humans. If we misuse this wonderful technology we can lose everything but if we use it in a proper way we can create similar to this artificial intelligence. It's main aim is to provide knowledge of whatever it has. It doesn't think this matter is private I won't reveal it because it doesn't have privacy matters. AI treats everyone like a friend and provides much more valuable data to the users. It also performs multiple tasks which were given by the user.

Every invention's drawbacks leads to new invention.

We all know there are many advantages of increasing technology and there are many educated people who are happy with the software jobs in the IT industry. But on the other side poor illiterate people are losing their jobs which made it difficult for them to survive. Most uneducated would choose driving, selling eatables, fruits, vegetables etc but these are replaced by ola, uber autos, cabs and also people are showing more interest in ordering their food online by which the demand for small hotels, and shops has reduced rapidly.

Though ola, uber driving is similar to normal driving there are many old people who are not aware of using mobile phones, so those companies are hiring young people.

I conclude that As Technology increases jobs for the educated are increasing but the uneducated are not finding any option to survive.

Technology is boon for our life. Technology has a great impact on job or employment. In my opinion, it has both positive and negative effect. If I talk about the positive one, It created a lot of jobs in the field of IT. Technology also made our life easy.

For example, artificial intelligence:now we are using AI I different field like medical, education, production.

Technology also reduces the physical effect. Example the work which took days to complete but now we can do those work within an hour, this is due to technology only.

Technology kills a lot of jobs too. Example computer can do the work of any person that's why now we started using a computer rather than people.

Technology can cause many health problems but it should consider without technology we can not survive in today's world.

I think the government should solve this problem without compromising technology.

The term technology nowadays is most trending with the growing world. If we talk on internet across the world becomes a basic needs for updating and for growth of knowledge with the upcoming technologies.

Artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning becomes basic requirement in industries. The world is in the moon and getting information outside the world with the help of this technology.

To use technology and grow is not the problem but using it in a proper place is my consideration where the work cannot be done manually then this becomes a priority but many skilled, as well as unskilled job, are at risk, for them "the work is worship" so, to have a proper implementation can balance both the Situations.

In the current day, this is the most trending topic to discuss. Being a student of the core engineering department and from NIT Patna, I have observed from the data of my seniors that except CSE branch other branches less than 20 percent of placement even those who are getting placed is because of their coding knowledge.

It simply indicates the impact of technology current scenario technology have great impact banking works is getting digital but can imagine how many banking workers are losing their jobs there are so many examples which are creating unemployment.

One of the big disadvantages that are going to take even the jobs of IT student is AI technology. According to me, tech giant have to also work on developing the infrastructure of the country beside only take profits from peoples my only doing marketing.

Technology in the current era has a major impact on the jobs, the impacts are positive and negative as well.

First of all, technology is proving a great value for the companies by reducing the total cost and time incurred by them for the completion of any particular work. Technology also leads to more standardisation in the quality of products and services offered by the companies.

But, on the hand, technology cannot be used until someone has a great knowledge and skills for it. While a senior lot of people of India are not so much familiar with these modern days gadgets and technology, the advancement in technology also reduces the no of people required to do a particular job causing a reduction in the employment. It also leads to less movement of the human body which leads to a lack of fitness and promotes obesity which is not good at all.
