Technology makes human civilization easier. Nowadays we can access technology in a number of fields, like agriculture, industry, power sector, artificial intelligence, etc. Through technology, we can get output quickly, easily and also accurately.

But sometimes technology adversely affects job creation, especially in Under developing countries where population density is very high and a lion share of people are not aware of advanced technology. As a result, they did not get benefited from this technology moreover they lost their job by the effect of technology. Some people claim that due to the effect of advanced technology job creation in the organized sector is gradually negative in the past few decades. But today without technology we cannot steps forward to overcome the vast problems.

So, to overcome this we need a skill development on technological advancement and proper understanding between technology and human labor.

In my opinion, there are advantages as well as disadvantages.

The advantages are that young people learn all things related to technology without anyone's help they are learning to code how machines work all the stuff related. They are coming up with new ideas and new inventions with these they are getting jobs easily,

And also the people who can't afford money for study are using this mobile and getting study.

Disadvantages. By learning all this competition is increasing day by day finding a job is becoming tough even though if we get a job it's not sure that it will be permanent because when people come with more knowledge then replaced person is getting lost.

In my opinion, the Solution is.

As technology increases human work decreases rapidly so finding is becoming a hard task even the people who have more knowledge are becoming jobless.

As AI increases human work should also increase so that people can do their jobs.

Before starting the GD on this topic i would like to share my thoughts on the impact of technologies on job.

Technologies can not directly fired a employe. Technologies help to work faster, more accurately and eliminate human errors. So instead of being afraid, we need to learn to use technologies.

For example, nowadays there are so many AI image generator are available on the internet. So every person can easily generate more and more images online in just few minutes without needing any physical image-video editor. So those editors are in trouble who do not know how to use AI to improve themselves in their field.

But, some editors have learned AI instead of being tense after AI recruitment in this field. And generally, they are more successful than other editors.

In conclusion, I would like to say Technologies helps employees to effectively work in their individual workplace.

In the era of technology, development of any country is being decided on the basis of technical development. Advancement of technology is helping us in the following manner:.

1. Autonomous systems provide more safe working.
2. Lesser time consumable and more efficient.
3. Easily solve a complex problem.
4. Manage large or huge data set.
5. Increasing the level of human life in health, transportation, communication, economic, education, production field.

Simultaneously technology is creating problems for us like;

1. Creating unemployment those who are illiterate and working on a small scale like a farmer.
2. Dependency on the technology destroying the small industry at some extent.
3. Some People are using for bad purposes which is affecting the society.
4. Chances of hacking and misuse of private data.
5. Creating new challenges for human, environment, Society in terms of health, pollution and immorality.

Today's topic is quite interesting i.e. the impact of technology on jobs. So, according to me, it is true that presence of technology reduced the job opportunities like artificial intelligence also comes into play where the computers can think like human, autonomous vehicles, automatic industries, 3d printing etc. These innovation made humans work easier and more precise as a result people prefer more machines rather than a human because we want our work to be done with more feasibility and more easily with less time. According to the research if today 1. 8 million jobs get reduced because of technology then there will be 2.3 billion jobs in 2020.

Coming of technology only made the good standard of living as our demanding are also increasing and to fullfil our need we prefer machines and helped us get in achieving our requirements but it never is replaced by a human.

Now a days everything depend on technology, without technology it is very difficult to live. The impact of technology on jobs, jobs are decreasing day by day, how lets take a example of banks. In the past days we someone should be there to print our passbooks in banks but now a days, we don't need anyone to print the passbooks. We just put in machine it will automatically print our passbooks. They invented a printed passbook machine, it is very easy to print and no person is needed to print.

Now a days IOT (internet of things) are come in the market, people will become lazy. Because all are depend on the internet.

-->We can control millions of devices in one click with the help of IOT. It reduces our work but we will become lazy. We don't go and switch on and off lights and fans or infrastructure, we can do with the help of Internet.

The impact of technology on jobs can never be overemphasized. Technology is a blessing to human civilisation as it simplifies all aspects of human activities such as transportation, military, industrialisation etc. And as such creates thousands of job opportunities for young investors of technology. However, some of my colleagues might argue that technology has made many people lose their jobs. This is quite reasonable but it only encourages them to think fast and work smart.

For instance, during the Covid-19 lockdown, almost everyone lost his/her job ideally. But with the help of technology people start to think outside the box on how to use technology most especially social media to promote their business, continue learning through online classes etc. With this, I would say technology has done more good than harm in the job sector. As we know that we are living in a 21st century and it is modern era or we can say the era of technology. As we know also that in population we have got a 2nd position in the world so a number of youth in our country is one,-forth of the total population and they are hungry of technology. As insects are attracted by the lights same as youth are also attached by technology.

And technology saves time. And technology has reduced the burden over the people. On increasing technology many opportunities are also increased it has also some merits and demerits as;

MERITS:
1. Reduction in Cost of labour.
2. Time-consuming.
3. Error happening in the industry is less.
4. Economy growth.

DEMERITS:
1. Due to the increase in automatic machines unemployment is increasing.
2. Dependency on machines is blindly following by organization.
3. Less chances of getting jobs in any organisation.

From my point of view, I think technologies had changed the world to its a great extend and with the use of it peoples work is reduced over the years or it gave them a chance to work more efficiently and accurately but it also reduced the job opportunity of the people like for ex. Amazon AI based drone is one of the biggest examples that how technology completely dominated the delivery jobs 'cause with the help of this Ai based drone delivery can be done in a more effective manner. This was the one example but there are various other examples in which technology has highly dominated the job opportunity and as a result of this people suffered a lot. I'm not denying the fact that it brought a huge change in the world as it helps to get our work done and with help of it many things can be accomplished but we should not forget that we are originating our own extent.

Today technology has shown its impact in a very wide sphere in each and every job. Today to a very large extent the use of technology is being accepted by most of the people in jobs because they have made the present working style easier, safer and faster. The technology has changed the time period from couple of days to couple of hours. It can be understood by a small example- earlier when one wants to sanction a loan, one has to carry a bundle of documents with him and takes around a week to sanction one's loan. But now one need not carry the documents everything is online and the loan sanction is also on the spot. In short because of technology less input gives you large output as far as villages are concerned then one will come to know that now many farmers are using online prescriptions and mobile apps for their farming that's all.
