Technology has a great impact on our day-to-day life. It is also affecting our jobs. In the past few years technology has developed at a high pace. Technology like A.I. Has made our work very simple but it some cases it has also replaced humans. Technology with great A.I don't need humans. Machines are more efficient now and they don't need the same manpower they needed before, this will cause unemployment.

Today's technology plays very important role in our life. We are surrounded by various technologies, helping us to make our work easy. Today we are very dependent on technologies. It saves our time and keeping us aware of our environment.

We are creating technologies which are desired, by improving and developing best technologies we can live our life very happily.

It has also some negative impacts which are it makes us somehow lazy and dependable. Because of today's advance technologies in various industries they uses technologies In place of employees. It is very efficient and time saving for that industry, but there should must present experienced employees who can control these technologies in best way if there is any problem.

Thank you.

Good afternoon all of my friends.

I would like to share my thoughts about this matter.

I support and share my concept to benefit from technology on the job.

1) Ancient time, we only depend upon agriculture for surviving our life but it is not this type of time. So technology makes our society modern.

2) IIT section creates a new job for our society.

3) Old-time, we have needed more paper and manpower on maintaining official work. But now this process has Benn changed.

4) you can do your official work at home. Now we have seems the effect of it.

5) Depends upon technology we have made a new type of industry and solve the unemployment problem as much as possible.

Thank you.

Hello everyone,

I am sharing my views on impact of technology on jobs.

Jobs are the fundamental asset of one's carrier path. By gaining a job we can Survive in economical aspects. Jobs provide us money in form of salary and we use it in our day-to-day life.

Nowadays, Technology is developed in near about all the fields of industry. Hence manpower is decreasing with technology development. All the machinery are automated and no worker required to run it due to its self-running ability. This means the number of workers required is less.

Recently, the flow chemistry is trending. In Which once materials and ingredients are incorporated then a direct packed product will come out from that. So, technology is affecting the employment of the nation.

Thank you!

Hello, this is Rohit.

So, In my opinion, today's topic is a burning topic i.e. impact of technology on jobs.

Some impacts are as follows:-.

Only positive :

- Increases productivity, efficiency in less physical efforts.
- Makes life easy.
- We can save more time.
- Risk in some jobs like mining, construction, etc decreases.
- Work is done very rapidly.
- Increases the job opportunities for skilled people.

Negative:
- Make life lazy.
- Mental pressure increases.
- Health is deteriorating.
- Employment for unskilled people decreases.

Conclusion:- I would say, India is one of the developing countries, so it is important to introduce technology in every sector but on the other hand, India must focus on creating employment opportunities for unskilled people for the welfare of the country.

Thank you.

Today we are going to discuss the impact of technology on jobs. With the advancement of technology, our work has become much easier compared to past days. When it comes to see your close ones who are staying far away from home, due to job or studies, it's just a matter of tap on the screen compared to the past days when a letter used to take at least three weeks to reach India from England. Due to the drastic technological advancements, a person like Jeff Bezos is able to make space tours.

But again we all have to agree that each and everything in this world has its own pros and cons.

The various pros of the impact of technology on jobs:-.

A) The programming language has advanced a lot with technology which actually makes our work much easier and faster compared to previous days where one has to remember numerous coding for simple typing.

B) Jobs which involved a huge amount of risk like mining, excavating, building sky-scrapers can be replaced by various robots.

C) With the advancement of technology, work from home is possible for pregnant women. And now in this COVID situation online has become one of the major ways to continue with various possible jobs without a complete halt on various projects.

D) With the more improvement of technology, the dream for Digital India is coming into reality. Students can get their certification done from foreign universities at the comfort of their home only because of the online mode which will be beneficial for them in searching for various jobs.

E) With the advancement of technology, employees can even meet their deadlines much faster than before, which in turn benefits the organization by increasing productivity and quality.

There is a saying that "If you believe in God, you have to believe in Devil". Similarly, if you accept the boon of any topic, you have to accept the bane of it.

So now I will be discussing the disadvantages of the impact of technology on jobs:-.

A) There are many jobs that are becoming redundant like ATMs are replacing some bank jobs.

B) Many hotels are introducing self-check-in terminals, where the guests do the check-in procedure on their own which are actually taking away the jobs of receptionists.

C) With the introduction of technology of jobs, many unskilled workers are losing their jobs. Not only the jobs of unskilled or semi-skilled are at stake but also the jobs of highly skilled employees are at risk with the introduction of so-called "Artificial Intelligence".

But in the end, I would like to end in a positive note. During the time of the Industrial Revolution, there were many such misconceptions that industries would be taking much of the jobs, but on contrary, it happened that Industrial Revolution had created a lot of options for new jobs. It is seen that countries which are much technologically advanced has more scope of jibs compared to the countries who are far behind in technology.

Let's move to our topic. Our topic is impact of technology on jobs. Technology enhances the usefulness of goods and services. Technology is one of the most valuable tools that we have available of our fingertips every day.

As we know that every coin has two aspects one is positive and the other is negative.

Firstly I want to discuss its positive aspects.

1. High-risking jobs like mining, excavating, etc. Can be done robots.
2. Agriculture farming jobs can be increases by technology.
3. With technology, we can do work more efficiently and easily.
4. Work from home is possible because of technology.
5. Work will be modernized and India will be digitalized by technology.
6. While doing jobs it saves our time.

It's negative aspects_.

1. With the introduction of technology of jobs unskilled persons have to leave their jobs.
2. It reduces the chances to gain government jobs like ATMs and in the banking sectors.
3. With the introduction of technology, unemployment increases.
4. Many types of health issues.
5. It leads to human lazy.
6. Many of the persons were looted due to technology.

As I think we should be modernised as time changes to maintain the requirement of population.

Through technology, we connect with others socially. Nowadays technology is a boon for our society.

Hello everyone.

I am Narinder.

It is modern era, As technology is increasing the no. Of jobs is decreasing. Where 10 workers were working now there need only 2 to do work. It leads to increase unemployment in India. Machines are replacing man. Also, technology makes us lazy. Our creativity is decreasing. We are becoming overdependent on it. Suppose the light is off for one day all the works will stop.

But it has some positive aspects also. It reduces the time to do work. Jobs in the area of technology is increased. There is new techniques which make our work easy. We cannot imagine World without technology. Technology takes revolution in I industrial sector. Work from home is possible because of technology.

Thank you.

Technology helps us to improve our capability and limits. So with the help of technology employees are able to work remotely so it is very beneficial for companies and employees. We thought before the covid pandemic was that most of the people will remain jobless after some years of the pandemic. But the situation seems different. Because of only the technology. Many freshers students also get jobs.

Hi,

This is Subramanyam.

Have visualised many of your assumptions.

Here is mine.

Technology has made no. Of our traditional jobs redundant (unnecessary). Ex- atm's replaced some bank jobs. And it is the new wave of technology like automation, artificial intelligence, and many other. As if we study about it properly, the job opportunities are increased, quite abnormally as well as decreased abnormally. Which results in many UP's and downs. In employment opportunities for us.

Technology helps us increase productivity which results in reducing the burden of employees and, it stops them from doing the repetition of the work. To carry on this the workers need to adopt some technical skills through training and much more, due to the usage of technology many educated youths can happily able to acquire their job, which somewhat reduces the educated unemployment. Technology helps in the growth of the economy. The companies that are using technology help themselves to reduce their expenses on their goods. Which helps them to expand their services. Which results in the creation of more finished goods that are able to be consumed.

Technology has the potential to create more job opportunities which result in an increase in the economy in rural areas. This is one of the temporary solutions to decrease rural unemployment.
