In my opinion, the technology of this era not only helping people to save time but also helping the job sector. I would like to take the example of the recent Covid pandemic situation when there was lockdown in the entire country, all manufacturing units were closed but the IT sector was running smoothly and even some the companies doubled their earning. Technology helped to sift the working from the office to working from home. For teaching organizations, it is blessed because they are able to reach many students through online mode.

Finally, I would like to say Technology helped the job sector to improve its efficiency by saving time.

You have to know everything advantages and disadvantages,

1) Advantages.

* Technology is changing man life and do better or effectless.

* It saves time and cost of labour.

* We can see each and everything need to anyone he/she found online this is possible due to only technology.

* When we are waiting in the line for the pay bill of electricity, today we have seen within one-minute pay bill, transaction.

* In the medical field or industry, we can see machines that work on impossible to do possible like x-ray, ultra-violate rays, only possible tech. Mobile and computer is part of technology.

Technology becomes part of today people life.

2) Disadvantages.

* First and the big impact of technology is on the job.

* Many people lose their job when technology is coming jobless people increase per day.

According to opinion, Advantage and disadvantage are the two sides of the same coin, if you have the advantage of something then there will be disadvantage also, Now talking about the advantage of technology, taking the recent example,

- It helps a lot during a pandemic, as due to lockdown everything thing was closed but the thing which had helped is technology,

-It helps in reducing the time, as we have to waste or precious time for paying bills, in ticket reservation, for appointment to doctor etc, there are various things in which it had helped, we can accomplish our work within few sec.

- During the winter season the air in Delhi become more polluted due to stubble burning, technology helps in purifying the air.

- Technology had helped us to reach even to the other planets.

There are various more examples in which technology had played a major role.

Now coming to disadvantage-.

-Because of this we all are busy with our technical equipment like mobile and we don't spend our time with our family.

-because of technology many people have to leave their job, there is a lack of employment in our country, Humans are replaced by machines in big factories.

- We have left our culture, Humans are becoming lazy nowadays.

- Technology is the mother of Bombs, Guns, Missiles etc which is very dangerous for humankind, biggest example of this is the Nuclear drop in Hiroshima as well as in Nagasaki in Japan. We can see the effect of that yet now even after 70 years.

Now according to my opinion. We should use technology but in a limited way like parents should be strict toward their children, they should scold them for excess use of mobile, we should use our mind first, and try to find out the solution of any problem, we should use technology at last. Like we use to search everything on google even if there is a small calculation we use to use calculator according to me we should first use our mind then depend upon technology.

It refers to the study of skills, techniques, processes and methods for the production of goods and services. LIKE EVERY COIN HAS TWO FACES IT ALSO HAVE BOTH ADVANTAGE AND DISADVANTAGE. Firstly I am talking about the advantages.

1) By the Discovery of technology many works related to online become easier we can easily connect across the world.

2) With the increase in technology, many of them got more jobs in the IT sector.

3) It also helps to reduce the time of work.

4) it also helps to reduce the error happening in the organisation.

Now, we discuss disadvantages:

1) With the increase in technology, many of the industries get automated by machines which result in a decrease in the involvement of human beings.

2) Also with the increase of technology human becomes lazy.

3) With the increase of technology less chance to get a job in any organisation.

The impact of technology on jobs can never be overemphasized. Technology is a blessing to human civilisation as it simplifies all aspects of human activities such as transportation, military, industrialisation etc. And as such creates thousands of job opportunities for young investors of technology. However, some of my colleagues might argue that technology has made many people lose their jobs. This is quite reasonable but it only encourages them to think fast and work smart.

For instance, during the Covid-19 lockdown, almost everyone lost his/her job ideally. But with the help of technology people start to think outside the box on how to use technology most especially social media to promote their business, continue learning through online classes etc. With this, I would say technology has done more good than harm in the job sector. In my opinion, Technology plays a very important role in our lives and this has become a boon as well as Bane in our day to day life. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. The same way the way we use gives us the result which may be in either way. Nowadays it has become the utmost need as we use it in all means of life. As in any job, we cannot survive without the knowledge of technology as our World has become a Tech World. This is evident as we go for interviews they question our technical knowledge. For example, A teacher should be well versed in this and nowadays in schools, they hire teachers only those who are good in system knowledge though they are good in subject depth. In this pandemic period, this was really a helpful tool as many institutions and offices were intact irrespective of lockdown. A new style of work from home have taught many things and the knowledge of technology have reached in nook and corner from literate to illiterate. I believe that Technology plays a very important role in our life. It is a fact that humans created technology but we also admire that now it is taking place of humans. Due to the increasing technology unemployment increases and people are facing lots of problem in getting jobs even after getting the jobs, they can be fired as new technology replace him/her.

I think it is a good topic to discuss. As we all know that everything has its own prose and corns likewise technology has its own prose and corn but in my opinion, as far as a concern to jobs I do not think that technology impacts jobs at a large scale because if we take an example of delivering job if we replace a human by a robot we think that is take the job of that delivery boy/girl but to make that robot it create lots of jobs as we know that to make the robot we need lots of people from a different branch of engineering. But one thing is that we need to improve our skills.
