Myself Prashant Gandhi. Our topic is 'impact of technology on job' according to my opinion in each every company has R&D Department are there so that by help of research and development to put knowledge on creativity and innovation to increasing productivity and quality of product. And also by using computerised numerical control machine (CNC) to reduce manpower of the company. And not required skill worker for that. And also by using automatic machines the unemployment are increase.

Let me share my opinion, on the topic of the "impact of technology on jobs".

First, we need to understand the purpose of the implementation of the latest technology is not to reduce the number of workers or employees instead they implement it to increase the productivity, number of units being manufactured and efficiency of service being rendered.

Let's make clear this with an example:

100 workers manufacturing 10 products in the day and now with the help of latest machinery only 10 workers needed to manufacture 10 products in a day. Now the organisation will think about to manufacture a maximum number of units.

The organization wants to increase the number of production units instead of reducing labour.

On the other hand, it has created many opportunities for those being updated with technology.

Let's have another example:

An organisation demand software to monitor the activity from a software developer and for that it's need number of software engineers to develop that software.

Myself Sohan. Our topic is the impact of technology on jobs. In my opinion with the increasing, the role in technology has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact of technology are.

1. It increases the productivity, efficiency and time-consuming in the industry sector.
2. With the increasing AI it create a lot of job or skilled workers because we need workers for their magnificence and data handling and their efficiency.
3. with the automated driver it may decrease the accidents and death of the people.
4. robots can do many works were cannot able to do like going in a mining area where people works by taking their risk in life.

The negative impact of technology on jobs.

1. It lost millions of job of people whos is unskilled.
2. It increases unemployment.
3. It makes the person lazy.
4. Jobs like data entry cashier will vanish.
5. It may also cause to cause to people to increse the work duration.

Complex and skilful jobs got easier with the help of technology eg. Computers.

But it had created an impact on people's health because people tend to rely fully on technology which inhibits them to perform that action using their skills.

Some people got replaced by technology from their jobs because technology can do their work fast and efficiently.

Now will discuss about positive points:

Technology helps in reducing time and efforts for certain work.

With the help of technology we can to tasks very rapidly.

No risk of life in certain risky jobs like mining and construction.

Some works are there which human beings can't do efficiently but technology does this with the help of robots.

As rise in technology takes place AI is introduced we need more persons for data handling and other purposes.

Not much physical efforts are required.

We can save our time and energy and also productivity is also increased.

More opportunities of jobs are there in technical jobs.

Nowadays in all fields technology is introduced so more jobs are there.

Due to technology, production cost is also reduced.

Now we will see demerits:

First disadvantage of technology is it is making human lazy no physical work is there then it affects on health. And also stress is increasing.

Change in lifestyle.

Only skilled workers get job in technology unskilled workers are replaced by them.

But we can overcome this demerits too by offering skills to the unskilled peoples and by changing our lifestyle.

Technology helps us in our work. It reduces time as well as cost too. Technology has made our work easier and more convenient. Nowadays, we can get whatever that we want to get from the store in a minute it's all because of technology. So, I believe that Technology has made our job easier.
