Unemployment is a big problem of our country due to a large amount of population. In industries and factories or other one maximum work done by the machine of new technologies. From it, the rich people took profit but the poor and middle class people hanged by the rope due to poverty. So I want to say that technology is good but nobody should be hanged by rope.

In my opinion, by the invention of the new machine reduce the jobs because machines do work for the whole day there is no need to rest. It is cheaper than a man. By machine, we do our work easily. Everyone wants to do his work in less time. So the impact of technology is increasing day by day. By machine jobs are decreasing.

Today our topic is the impact of technology on the job according to my point of view now in the company and industry work done by the machine it is making our life easier but it is increasing the rate of unemployment. By technology, India GDP growth will increase. By using technology work done in less time.

Obviously, new technology help in the development of India. New technology making work easier and more accurate. But it it disadvantages too.

1. New technology increasing the unemployment rate by replacing manual work with digital programming.

2. Machine with inbuilt programming alone handle work which was executed by 10 workers. So the requirement of workers is reduced.

3. In companies due to achievement of max accuracy and more targets, advanced technology is preferable over unskilled labour.

4. Nowadays digital technology implemented in railways, metro decreasing need for more workers.

In my opinion as new technology help to grow rapidly to develop the country on another side there is a bad impact on the unemployment rate so there is a need to create more jobs. Gov have to invest more on small and medium scale entrepreneur to create more jobs. In 2019 gov announced at Manirbhar Bharat package to create more employment and making India self reliant.

Unemployment is a critics problem in our country due to over population. Already India is second populated country in the world. In this time every company and factories work done by machine. The machine replaced the human on their job. But it is source of GDP growth. Many people in every state are educated but they no get any job because our government not capable to give the job. Many people are commit suicide due to unemployment in rural area no of unemployment is more than urban area it is need to our government they provide the more job and they make our India in a manufacturing hub. Then we can be decrease tbe no of unemployment. Thanks.

It has advantage and disadvantage also.

Firstly we can talk about the advantages:

Technology makes our work very easy.

If we will use technology properly then it will save our time easily which is very precious for us in this pandemic phase. But technology has a bad impact also.

It is increasing unemployment more and if a person who doesn't have the skills of that technology then how do they work.

And in rural areas a lot of people who have no skills in it.

So, I think if they will learn how to use technology then it will very helpful for the people.

Today we are going to discuss our GD topic "impact of technology on the job". Nowadays we are living in a digital era in which all the people want to do there all the work through the machine. Like all the human work is replaced by the machine. Coming to the scenario of technology impact are using a digitally programmed machine which alone can handle all the work which is done by more than 10 workers. Due to the impact of technology, we are doing work in very less time. There are lots of technology is invented which helps to only in urban skilled people to use that technology. Like withdraw of cash from ATM machine this is not helping in the rural area people. Because they are totally unaware of these things. For using this government firstly give some training to the rural area people so that they can also take this advantage of this technology. Technology reduced unemployment in our country.

In rural area people, they have also the lake of the internet for using the technology we should have the proper internet connectivity.

There is three main sectors for the working field in our country 1. Agriculture 2. Industry 3. Serice.

For agriculture sector we need tractor as an machine but now a days nobody wants to do work in the agriculture field. All are want to move in the industry for their good works and in industry lots of work is done by the machine because it takes less time and it does not require any type of rest. So with the help of technology, we are producing more product day by day without any stipulation which helps to the growth of GDP of our country. In service sector we are also using lots of technology like in medical sector doctors are also use lots of machine for the checking of disease like x-ray, MRI scan, CT scan all are giving by using technology. All are working on the principal of machine learning and artificial intelligence.

We all know recently covide crises has done in world be cause of technological we all know how is structure of covid 19. And then scientist pripear this and make vaccine.

Every good this is some disadvantages but as we select for positive way on this basis technology is inportunts for growing economy and our productivity. So, just on this basis everyone required learn new technology and make productive person.

Now is the age of digitalisation and technology. With the help of new technologies, we can make our work easier and faster.

For eg :- If we want some report on wastages (Variance between Actual and standard), by just a click we can get the report. The only time we will have to spend is to analyse the report and the reasons for variances.
