So, coming to the topic, that is Impact of technology on jobs.

As we all know technology is being developed day by day. New inventions are taking place every day. We also developed machine learning, Now machines will learn all stuff themselves. This will increase production and export. Now the risk of injuries in factories will decrease as machines will take the place of humans. But this can reflect a negative impact too. Many humans can be lost their jobs if they don't learn to use technology.

In my opinion, In future only they can survive, who are experts in their field. We will have to become an expert in our field. We have to start learning about technology from today onwards if we want to survive.

These were my opinion, about the impact of technology on jobs. These maybe are right, maybe be not.

Today technology has shown its impact in a very wide sphere in each and every job. Today to a very large extent the use of technology is being accepted by most of the people in jobs because they have made the present working style easier, safer and faster. The technology has changed the time period from couple of days to couple of hours. It can be understood by a small example- earlier when one wants to sanction a loan, one has to carry a bundle of documents with him and takes around a week to sanction one's loan. But now one need not carry the documents everything is online and the loan sanction is also on the spot. In short because of technology less input gives you large output as far as villages are concerned then one will come to know that now many farmers are using online prescriptions and mobile apps for their farming that's all. Today our topic is the impact of technology on jobs as this is the most important topic,

As in this time, we are using technology much in every field eg. Education, transportation, communication, and almost every we are using technology,

This time technology becomes a part of life and it is equally helpful for us.

Technology has infinite uses.

But we all know as every action gives equally reaction if technology gives us relaxation then it makes human lazy, and it provides us easiness in jobs then it takes place of human which is become a very big cause of unemployment.

Helo everyone today our topic is impact of technology on jobs. We can not deny that technology made our life easy and enjoyable but by increasing technology jobs are affecting. There are increasing machines in industries and workers are decreasing so they are losing their jobs. And as machines work very fast and without any fault so machines are preferable to workers. And where a work is done by 10 people there is only need a machine so in my opinion it is badly affect the jobs. Thanks.

Today we all are discussed here "is the technology affects the job or not".

To my point of view - technology does not affect jobs its only our way of perception that affects the job yet technology provides time for the new opportunity to do simultaneously. With the help of technology, a man do lot of work.

Acc To me there is no shortage of jobs in this world its our thinking that we think technology impacts on the jobs but the reason is that we not want to do something new.

Technology helps in overcome the hurdles of humans. Its makes life more easy and fast, luxury.

We have mainly 3 sectors:
1. Agriculture
2. Industrial
3. Service

In agriculture, we mostly find the impact of technology on the method of farming like using tractors but everything else has been mostly the same.

With changes in technology over a period of time, many have shifted from agriculture to industrial and service sectors.

In these sectors, machines replaced huge manpower to perform monotonous operations.

In the industrial sector, we find machines from the start of the process i.e acquiring raw material to the end i.e dispatching of the product. In service sector which includes banking, IT, media etc have gone digital and all the work which required hard copies and physical labour is being digitally executed.

In the process, many jobs were lost but also several other jobs were created. Emerging technologies like AI, ML have created jobs in the areas of data analytics, design thinking, engineering, communication etc.

Though many changes have come in technology, we still continue to see traditional jobs like accountants, teachers, doctors, architects etc because they require deep analytical thinking and human interaction.

Technology makes our job easy. With the help of technology, we can save our time easily. But it's a negative impact also. Technology increases unemployment. An only skilled person use technology and in rural areas lot of people don't knowledge about this then they what to do if they learn how to use technology then no one can take the responsibility they can get job easily because a few persons can use technology easily then other skilled persons what to do.
