Impact of Technology on Jobs

Technology increases productivity and hence reduces the burden on workers and eliminates the burden of doing repetitive tasks. For this, workers need to learn some skills to stay employed. It's just that the workers should be given training for the newly created jobs.

The proliferation of technology results in the improved lifestyles, and hence consumerism increases and thereby result in more employment opportunities. For example, the industrial revolution created more jobs than it eliminated.

Due to technology, demand for technically skilled youth is increasing and hence more jobs available for educated youth.

Technology helps in the growth of the economy. Economic growth can be utilised to create more employment opportunities with better pay.

As my point of view, technology increases the productivity, quality and quantity as per need of the consumer. Due to the improvement of technology the employment opportunities of the unskilled labourers have been affected. So the improvisation of technology has immensely affected our lifestyle and leads to major health problems.

In my point of view, everyone knows that everything has two sides one is merit and another is demerit but everyone should follow the merit side.

In the case of technology, many job opportunity has come into the society which decreases unemployment in all over the world but if we saw the back side then the peoples are going to be lazy.

Nowadays technology plays a prominent role in anywhere.

Technology makes some work easy and at the same time it makes someone become lazy. Through the technology tasks which is given to a person can be easily performed. But it continues in the same way it may reduce human power. And totally there will be no work for people to do. Soo with the technology people also have to be updated and don't addict to the technology much. Thank you.

In my perspective, technology is growing faster. It becomes easy to find the jobs from our home. With the help of technology company becomes bigger and employment is increased day by day.

Technology is boon for our life. Technology has a great impact on job or employment. In my opinion, it has both positive and negative effect. If I talk about the positive one, It created a lot of jobs in the field of IT. Technology also made our life easy.

For example, artificial intelligence:now we are using AI I different field like medical, education, production.

Technology also reduces the physical effect. Example the work which took days to complete but now we can do those work within an hour, this is due to technology only.

Technology kills a lot of jobs too. Example computer can do the work of any person that's why now we started using a computer rather than people.

Technology can cause many health problems but it should consider without technology we can not survive in today's world.

I think the government should solve this problem without compromising technology.

I am giving my views on the impact of technology on jobs.

I agree that technology made our life easy. It reduces our time to do work with accuracy. In every field, technology is used to do our work easy but as every coin has two sides it has also some demerits. It reduces no of jobs. And increase unemployment. If we need 5 people there only required 2 people. Now it is a time of AI. It doesn't require any special training. But it made men unemployed. All the work is done with a computer in every field of life. It also gives some jobs to people who have knowledge of computer and technology. But it is limited.

Technology makes it more convenient for example attendance of participants is more reliable when biometric has come and register is not needed it also saves time and but some time it make people quite lazy and dependable on technology.

I want to add on this. As I agree with all of you. I think technology has reduced no of jobs as all things are being digitalized. In banks, we can see tech is being increased day by day so bankers will not be required in future as now much is needed. Education is being taught online in schools and in every fields, things are being digitalized, new technology is being introduced which reduces the manpower.

Hello everyone, from my point of view, technology never affected jobs. Technology increases by their own way. Many software present in the market, they can do work like mankind. But technology is made by mankind and technology will be improve by mankind only. For only mankind brain machine behalf like mankind. But this all technology will be innovative, improve by only mankind. That's why people should be upgraded them self sincerely.
