According to me, Technology have a very good impact on jobs. It helps the employee to do their work with the great efficiency and effactively in adject time. When we use the technology to do any work it helps us to complete the work with the accuracy. As we also know that technology bring the oppurtunity which helps our country in generating employement. So, the technology is very excillent impact on jobs.

IMPACT OF TECHNOLOGY ON JOBS is the topic of current relevance and important. I believe that each and every coin has two sides similarly, almost every thing we come across in day today activity has its own advantage and disadvantage. Now I come to main topic impact of technology on jobs.

Right form the days of invention of wheel to super computers and to artificial intelligence, there is an incalicuable impact on our life.

Technology making an easy way to live in live without technology not expect live life nowadays and jobs.

Pros:

* More efficient than manpower, we can do more work in less time.
* Less chance of error.
* One can do his/her job from home.

*Replacement of people can cause unemployment.

Technology has created new jobs in every field and will always create jobs in future for example employment in the IT sector, automobile sector, civil sector, and more. All these sectors have employment only due to Technology evolution with time.

Now talking of artificial intelligence, this can create unemployment, but what about its future, and its merits?
AI is going to be the future, and it will definitely create employment on a very large scale.

AI, like engineering, has a lot of technical jobs right now, and it will continue to do so in the future.

Think how the internet has created jobs, the internet is also a technology, and it has changed our life, Mass media technology is related to the internet providing employment.

I think new jobs are being created in new sectors like artificial intelligence, cyber security, and data science.

And the employees can work from anywhere remotely using the technology.

Productivity and efficiency also increased.

As technology evolves repetitive tasks can be done by machines.

I want to add one more point Technology changes the nature of jobs but it does not completely cause unemployment. Therefore there is no need to cause panic rather prepare for the future by constantly updating and learning.

In my opinion technology has created new jobs in every field and will always create jobs in future for example employment in IT sector, Employment in automobile sector, Employment in civil, Managementand more.

All these sector have employment only due to Technology evolution with time.

Now talking of AI (artificial intelligence) yes this can create unemployment but what about its future, its merits. AI is going to be the future and definately it will create employment on a very large scale.

Like engineering has lot of technical job at present, in future AI will also provide great job opportunities.

Think how internet has created jobs, internet is also a technology, and it has changed our life, Mass media technology is related to internet provides employment.

Think of how Railway technology, Aeronautical technology has created huge amount of jobs, this is only because of science knowledge which was used practically what we call as technology.

For one second think of diary technology, space technology, weapon technology and more all these creates employment.

Even before industrial evolution (1720-1840) people have negative opinion about it that it will create unemployment but reality is in front of us today.

India is not a manufacturing country, it imports all the technology. Then it's sure job opportunity will be decreased. We must have work in the manufacturing field if we want to compare ourselves than any other rich country. Technology must increase economic and living condition of any country.

I think there is a positive as well as negative impact of technology on jobs:.

As because of enhancement in the technology there is a reduction of manpower and there are many machines which are automatic and we don't need a person standing there to give the product or to provide the service.

Like in the case of the vending machine we are able to get the product with the help of machine only this is the enhancement in the technology but the jobs are suffered from this.

Technology development is a necessary one. Everything is based on technology now. Everyone is connected through this technology development. Peoples are also quickly get updated for every technology development. It is very important factor for a developing country. Economic growth as well as the countries growth depends on the technology growth.

Technology is a primary concern for job-seekers and who want to get a higher position in the company. Who has the desire to get job they must know anyone of technology in present days. Our company works with different technologies and domains so, we need at least basic knowledge on trending technologies.
