In my point of view, Technology growth is increased so that opportunity is reduced and it will impact on jobs.

Mainly here technically strong person is needed to achieve their requirements in the given time.

Some time human makes any mistake it will impact on their products so the result of getting a bad product. If we go for specialized machine and software we will get the output by knowing the virtual diagrams in a computer screen so if any mistake we can correct and fix it without going for an actual product this is helpful so due this automation and this features they are not ready to take more peoples.

In my opinion, nowadays the development of technology is increased and so many different technologies are coming into the market. And as per my knowledge some time ago US gives India STA- 1 status that means 'strategic trade Authorisation' that India is able to buy high advanced and cutting edge sensitive technology from America.

Therefore by using this high technology, there is no need of human being into the factory or company it means that requirement of manpower is reduced therefore unemployment increases. That's why we are able to tell that technologies are impact vary hardly on jobs.

According to me, technology really helps us to get a job if we have a proper knowledge of it, but if we don't know about it, it may affects our job.

But if once we involve in technological field we automatically get interest in it and we decide our future. If we study technology, it is nothing but just an application of principles of science.

The same way there are some demerits that it reduces the job opportunities, many works that are done by machines itself.

Technology has impacted us in a good or in a bad way as we all aware of that India has a very literacy rate, when it comes to technology the people who do not have the basic knowledge about computers and other technology it will be more difficult for them to grow as you all know the technology is growing day by day in our country, obviously it is beneficial for our country only it will lead to more contact with countries for getting the opportunity for the business.

The Government should give basic training of computers to the weaker section of society as they can't afford to pay and then learn.

Like if we want a job in a particular field, we can teach ourselves on our own doing courses online and revising it and can make up for the job. Technology plays an important role directly or indirectly if it comes to the job. Easy to use, reuse, practice, learn, revise, and most importantly we can do this at our pace, so it is beneficial.

3. In the field of chess, even chess professionals are making use of technology and analysing and predicting the games with the help of supercomputers.

4. With the help of COBOT (Collaborative Robot) the manufacturing industry is getting benefited.

According to me, with increases of technology job opportunities increase and as well as a decrease in some cases but I surely can say that in most cases job opportunities increase.

With the new technology, we can make own job better and interesting. Nowadays, technology is changing at the very fast rate.

In IT sector, Automobile sector and in management technology always creates new jobs but in the industry, the role of manpower is declining because the technology replaces the manpower, I mean only the people required to start the machine and then machine automatically do the work.

In this topic of the impact of technology on jobs I would like to say that the technology changes our world with the help of technology we are enjoying social life we can do are work with mobiles phones with the help of technology and machinery we are able to do anything now in the modern days we are able to cut the mountain with the help of machinery and before old day the same works takes a lot of time with the help of machinery we reduced time but the same fact technology machines reduce the people works that we can learn how to works on machines will help us to increase jobs.
