Hi guys.

Today we all are discussed here "is the technology affects the job or not".

To my point of view - technology does not affect jobs its only our way of perception that affects the job yet technology provides time for the new opportunity to do simultaneously. With the help of technology, a man do lot of work.

Acc To me there is no shortage of jobs in this world its our thinking that we think technology impacts on the jobs but the reason is that we not want to do something new.

Technology helps in overcome the hurdles of humans. Its makes life more easy and fast, luxury.

According to me technology can increase and can decrease number of jobs.

Mainly what technology is doing is it decreasing the effort of jobs.

Like in farming. Before introducing these harvesting machines. There are only people they does that job.

Ok these machines reducing the effort but about the jobs?

Now how can they survive?

Besides this, industrial technology.

This technicology is increasing the the number jobs every year by introducing different techonnology.

So what I want to say is some technologies increase the number of jobs and some ay decrrese the no Of jobs.

Technology plays a vital role in our life. It's both a boon and bane for a country. The biggest eg is artificial intelligence. The countries like Russia is heading towards AI which eventually declines the demand for labour in the country resulting in unemployment then poverty, declining per capita income or the financial status of a family. Another eg is imagine if a person owns a recharge shop but know 50% of his customer base has fallen down because we are heading towards the era of technology. Resulting in his lower income In short if the technology is boon it is bane also.

Well, I must say that technology impact the job because with the advancement of the technology people become lazier. They do their work by sitting at one place. With the advancement of the technology the unemployment is also increasing. Sometime the people especially the senior people are not able to use the technology and the result is they have to resigned their jobs. No doubt the technology has some positive benefits like it will help to reduce burden. It will save our time and efforts also. But it have some negative effects also nd we can't denied that. Thank you so much.

Good morning to everyone.

In my opinion, technology leaves a huge impact on jobs. Firms/companies are organised because of the invention of new technology or present one, which opens the way of jobs. As an example, a company of an automobile organised who manufacture cars having a battery as a source of energy and the car can attend a speed of 100km and run a distance of 200 km in a single charged battery. So, it increases jobs in the market because this type of company grows much faster. But it demanded only educated people not people having certificates only.

Thank you.

According to me, the technology is both goods as well as a threat as we know India is a developing country it needs its development in every field. It's good for us as new technologies make work easier, profitable, less time consuming etc. If we move on to our agriculture sector then we can see because of technology only farmers need to do much hard work & get a good amount of profit whereas, on the other hand, it's a threat as everyone is not literate in this world n each n every person don't know how to use new technologies so they remain unemployed and suffer a lot.

Good evening everyone.

My name is Amarjyoti das.

In my opinion, technology on jobs has both positive and negative effects on jobs.

Positive effects:

Technology makes work easier. By the use of technology, work which was taking years can be completed in a few months or even a day. It favours smart work than hard work. Physical labour has decreased significantly.

Negative effect:

Technology has decreased the number of seats for jobs, as using technology the work can be done by using less manpower and in less time. The unemployment rate has increased due to this.

Hello everyone,

Firstly, thanks all for giving a golden opportunity to discuss on the impact of technology on jobs.

According to me, this topic is a very interesting topic so let's I explain.

This topic has many advantages and many disadvantages. Technology is a thing which can do easy our work and less time. As a tractor, x-ray machine, computer, and so as on. Nowadays technology is so helpful in any area but very very useful and makes an easy to the treatment of any difficult problem.

On the other hand very bad impact of technology as unemployability.

Thanks.

Hey friends,

My opinion on this topic i.e, the impact of technology on jobs is I'm not in favor of this topic.

There is a need of job for everyone so everyone wants a job in an easy way that's why most of them apply for job in many of the applications based on job and they start waiting that they may get call back letter for the job but it's very rare to get the job because lakh of students does the same thing.

It's better that we must not depend on only the technology we must go to a particular place where we want a job and try hard until we get our destiny.

To a greater extent, it has affected jobs positively as the following outlines;

* Minimizes labour costs.
* Standardization of work.
* Instant feedback.
* Improves efficiency and productivity.
* Reduces workload.
* Enables a wide public awareness about a given entity.

However, at a lesser extent, it affects job negatively.
* Wide increase in unemployment.
* Limited to those who have knowledge and skills.
* Leads to work boredom due to its routine factor.
* Machine breakdown limits efficiency and productivity.
* Affected by failure in the network at times.
