I would like to say that every coin has two side one is positive and another is negative. So technology has some advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is the it reduces the man power and time taken to finish a job.

The technology increased the efficiency of a organization drastically. And reduce the direct cost of production and so many other examples of this.

And the disadvantages is the the senior people are can not able to do a job on software so he resigned his job. And increasing in technology the people become lazier and doing a job sitting at one place which is not good for heath of a person.

Surely, technology has given a huge impact on the job. Technology has made the job flexible and easy. Complex and skillful jobs are doing in one step, it also helps in reducing time to do the difficult work.

After coming technology the efficiency, production rate, and intelligence have rapidly increased. It gives a new track to the industry. In the world, due to revolution of technology, industry, the large company are establishing in the city & obviously, the number of jobs has increased, hands behinds only one i.e. Technology.

Today the whole world is in the wheel of technology. The impact is much larger than we ever expected. We are living in 21st-century era and this era is known as the "technology era". With just twinkling of our eyes the big official letters and important documents are send which was much difficult in earlier days. Tech. Is solving each and every problem of our daily life and each and every sector is using. With just one click an amount of money can be transferred from one account to another and vice versa. Much improvement in literacy rate and employment. There is havoc creation of jobs after technology covers the globe.

I want to share my opinion by adding some more points that I am neutral on the motion because we know that everything has its pros and cons.

PROS.

* It helps us to do things easily.
* It helps to promote digitalisation.
* It reduces workload.
* Reduces travelling, as in earlier times if a firm has two different branches then it becomes difficult for the employees to communicate with other ones.

CONS.

* Reduces employment.
* Demotivates the employees who do not how to use technology.

In last I would like to conclude that we should use both capitalistic and socialistic according to needs and wants.

As we know that we are growing faster with time and with time technology is also improving so due to this lot of high tech mechanes introduce among to reduce the human efforts but the major effect of this thing is unemployment rate is continuously increasing day by and those company hire the people with skills and good knowledge about that and due to this competition is also increased. We are just continuously increasing the rate of technology but we are forgetting the humanity. In now days who is prodigy he is everything but not everyone, average people are dying technology has change the whole pace of the humanity.

Technology impacts the job.

Today the world growing very fast in all sectors like Agriculture, Health, marketing, Education, Banking sector, Retails Entertainment, Media and Communication as well, etc. With the help of technology.

Technology making an easy way to live in life, without technology not expect live life nowadays and job.

In this fields Technology creating and invent new opportunity with the help of Internet of thing. Technology reduces the human effort it making life easy and create a job in all sectors. Today I can not imagine anything without technology. But also it has disadvantage and bad effects.

I think Technology is increasing day by day and it will never stop, it will just on increasing. Jobs are proportional to Technology, the more the technology more the jobs. People lifestyle is becoming easier day by day. Works are done faster and accurately by using advanced Technology. But as we know every coin has two sides, Technology makes people lazy and dull. For example, before people use to go outside the house for exercise but now we can see that the people do their exercise in the machine, they don't get the fresh air like before, this is the reason that people health issue is being increased. Since the dawn of the technological revolution, there has been this continual fear among people that this might lead to mass unemployment. But considering the present scenario, it is quite clear that revolution in technology actually brought development with it. Now the conditions of humans either in terms of health, wealth, or hygiene has improved a lot. Initially, there would be problems but with patience and determination, employees will grow as it had been earlier.

But now, the technology is changing at the breakneck pace and no prediction can be made because technology always had brought surprises with it.

In my opinion, the technology of this era not only helps people to save time but also helps the job sector. I would like to take the example of the recent Covid pandemic situation when there was lockdown in the entire country, all manufacturing units were closed but the IT sector was running smoothly and even some the companies doubled their earnings. Technology helped to sift the working from the office to working from home. And for Teaching organizations, it is blessed because they are able to reach many students through online mode.

We, humans, are growing in every aspect of life day by day, as technology is also growing with us or faster than our growth.

In the olden days, humans were more self-standing and due to the technological phase, humans are more dependable on technology and became lazy.

Technology is a double-edged sword. It has more advantages and more disadvantages.

Technology expands the innovations of the world, and duties make easy, and time-consuming is practically possible. Still, at the same time, technology limits the thinking capacity, and intelligence quotient, reducing interpersonal relationships and communication.
