As we all know that technology is growing so fast, a phone which was 20 years back thought only of a dream is now the most vital thing in our life. Who knows, 20 years from now we could be able to travel to some location without actually being there. Technology affects are lives in so many diverse ways, we aren't even able to tell how is it affecting us in negative ways. Nowadays there are so many apps for e-commerce lots of businesses are flourishing, But at the same small businesses, shops sales are decreasing, cause who wants to go on a hot and humid day to buy garments, when it can be done while siting on a sofa. So, although e-commerce is allowing to grow India economically, it is directly or indirectly being the reason for the rapid growth of unemployment.

Hello, guys good afternoon.

I got the opportunity to share my views. There is some good and bad impact of technology on jobs. But the good impact is quite a havier than a bad one. Nowadays automation and digitalisation are increasing day by day. Due to automation machine can do a lot of work within less time but a man can't. It also improves productivity and quality of production while there might be chances of error in human work. Overall technology improves our economy as well as GDP.

It has also some demerits especially those who are illiterate and not aware of technology how it works so he might have problems in getting a job. Overall it creates the problem of unemployment.

So the government should provide good infrastructure, training programme to make them understand about technology so that they will be able to get a job.

Hi friends.

In my view, the impact of technology has a great role in the development of our country as well as the uplifting of our society. That is today everything is infront of our finger tip, by using these technologies we can do any thing eg. Online banking, ticket booking, food odering. So no need of to go anywhere. And one more thing is that many people have their own ideas and these emerging technologies help them or give a platform to implement these ideas. The same way there are some demerits that it reduces the job opportunities, many works that are done by machines itself.

Thank you.

Let's start our topic of discussion today, which is Impact of Technology on jobs. With increasing digitalization and automation, huge progress has been made in job sectors due to new technologies coming out everyday. However it comes with a cost and here we will discuss about what impact it is making.

One thing that has happened that has had significant impact on job sector is digitalisation of work or simply saying computers are replacing human labour today. They is very benefical for industries in manufaturing sector because it has significantly reduced companys cost due to no labour employement and also has made work work more precise. However due to this unemployement of lower level workers has increased and that could become a problem in the future.

If we talk about corporate sector with updating technology paperwork has been reduced and everything has been transferred to computers.

With advancement in AI technology, jobs will be significantly reduced in the future. Positions will be open for working alongside AI to manage AI but that would require extensive skills and would not benefit low level workers.

Due to advancements in technology, unemployment can become a big problem which can lead to severe consequences like strikes and revolts. It is important to track the level of employment at this stage to predict future scenario and act according to it. In corporate sector, training people in computer technology will open doors to them of new jobs fields.

Hello Everyone.

From my perspective, Technology has increased the job opportunity and also decreased job opportunities.

1. The employment has increased for the class of people who are interested in It departments.

2. The number of entrepreneurs has increased.

3. As the introduction of new technology, it has attracted the people for going online shoppings and that increases the employment for delivery boys.

4. Nowadays people are earning money by uploading their talents on any social sites or Youtube, now technology has introduced a new field of opportunities like YouTuber.

5. People are using technology with great interest and that is creating employment in It industries.

Good morning to everyone,

Today we will be discussing about the topic "impact of technology on jobs".

The impact word itself begins with the impression that it will have both positive and negative sides.

Let's begin with positive impacts. Technology has tremendously increased jobs in the IT sector, no doubt in it but along with that common citizens are being benefitted as well. Let's take a few examples, food delivery services provided by tech giants like Zomato, swiggy, etc provide jobs not only to the delivery boys but also to many people by providing customer care executives.

Now let's come to the example number two. Online cab services like ola and uber not only benefitted the drivers but also those who have cars and want to give them for rent.

There is another whole world of online education which not only provide jobs to professors but also to those poor current students who want to earn by giving lectures of their own interest. A very good platform is unacademy.

In YouTube, many youtubers earn money by showing their talents and earn in lakhs.

But this is just one side of the coin. There are negative impacts as well, the online services of cab and food delivery is mainly concentrated in the city regions only, rural areas don't enjoy those benefits.

Introduction of e-rickshaws snatched away the source of income for those manual rickshaw pullers who can't afford to buy e-rickshaws.

Introduction to automatic machines in industries which performs the labour work as well ate up the opportunities of those who survive on just simple labour work.

So-called home shops like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, big basket, they all have reduced the income of small businessmen who wait in his shop whole day to sell their products.

No doubt technology is benefitting big companies, but again at the same time, it is snatching away the jobs of common men especially in rural areas.

That's all I have to say, thank you.

Hi everyone,

Today's topic is the impact of technology on jobs, and it can be seen in today's world. Demands of IT sectors, automobiles sector and various other firms they all are moving towards automation and advancement in their technologies. And its impact can be seen on the youths, many employees are getting fired from companies because their knowledge is of no use to the company, the private sector is growing ridiculously high and their demands from their employees to get a good hand on recent technologies otherwise their jobs will be at stake.

In many engineering colleges, the placement scenario is getting worse year by year, only the CSE nerds are getting good packages while the other branch engineers is submitting their resumes to one company to another. This is because we are studying decade-old syllabus and in this era it is of no use, we core branch engineers will be not getting good placement until we learn these new technologies or switch towards government sector, at last, we want job security.

Impact of technology on jobs have two sides like a coin, if one is moving hand to hand with new technologies then he will be exploring new jobs and challenges in his life, and on the other hand the one who is learning and gaining expertise on old technologies, which are only present in the books not in the real world than for him stability in jobs will be a tense situation.

Thank you.

Hello guys.

Nowadays technology plays a prominent role in anywhere.

Technology makes some work easy and at the same time it makes someone become lazy. Through the technology tasks which is given to a person can be easily performed. But it continues in the same way it may reduce human power. And totally there will be no work for people to do. Soo with the technology people also have to be updated and don't addict to the technology much. Thank you.

Hello guys.

We can't totally say that technology is good or bad. Though it makes our work easy but at other side it increases laziness and also create unemployment which is not good for us. We should use it in a proper way so that it can't be disadvantageous to us.
