The technology is growing day by day & it's a basic requirement for the country being developed, because of that human efforts are reduced and the accuracy of work is increased.

Hence the job opportunities for literate people in the technical field is increasing, he or she can go for machine designing and as an operator of highly skilled machines.

But if we think about illiterate people, they are surely facing unemployment. It's a very difficult situation for those persons who have not to own field & no other sources of earning something.

So, keeping this critical situation of illiterate people in mind we should take a technical seminar in those filed and do familiar those persons about the benefits of emerging technology & effect of that on the nation.

Thanks for giving me an opportunity to share my view on the topic "impact of technology on jobs".

In today's life technology is being implemented in every work because it saves time, money, labour.

But one thing is that it enhances unemployment and opportunity for uneducated people towards work becomes very less.

Finally, it has a tremendous effect on jobs but another side it has many advantages.

So, I would like to state my point by stating that technology has its both merits and demerits. On end, it has eased the work of operators and enhanced the rate of production with no compromise in the quality of the product. On the contrary has largely reduced the employment opportunities for many. In a country like India in which people in a rural area are largely unskilled labourers, this has had a huge impact on their day to day earnings. Technology has also reduced the skill level of people. Earlier most of the manufacturing process was done by manual labour which required highly skilled labourers but now this same work can be done easily using a single CNC machine, all an operator need to do is write code and feed it into the system. In many industries, most of the process which was done by workers are now automated. This surely has a positive impact on the company's economy but has degraded the skill level in individuals.

As my point of view, technology increases the productivity, quality and quantity as per need of the consumer. Due to the improvement of technology the employment opportunities of the unskilled labourers have been affected. So the improvisation of technology has immensely affected our lifestyle and leads to major health problems.

In my point of view, everyone knows that everything has two sides one is merit and another is demerit but everyone should follow the merit side.

In the case of technology, many job opportunity has come into the society which decreases unemployment in all over the world but if we saw the back side then the peoples are going to be lazy.

Technology has a huge effect on jobs both in good or bad ways. Due to the use of technology, the workload gets reduced, the manual error is not there, and it also saves time. But simultaneously it also affects badly like if most of the work is done by some device then the scope of the people to do that work decreases as a result unemployment increases. In my opinion, the use of technology is great where manual work is tiresome but not in all kind of jobs.

Hi, I would like to state my point of view on the impact of technology on jobs. Nowadays technology is growing tremendously and providing us quality and quantity services with full efficiency and also less labour and manual work is required because of advancement in technology. It only requires a literate and skilled people to manage whole work and product to sell in the market. This also has an evil effect on the illerate people which create less employment because of more machice work than the manual labour work.

Hello all, I would like to present my thoughts on the impact of technology on the jobs.

Here, I noticed most of the people are saying that everything has two sides, merits and demerits and we should think about merits only, but what I think is a little bit different. I totally agree with you all that technology has improved our lives and making our work faster. But nowadays there are demerits which are becoming a crisis in a particular field of any work where technology or automation is used. Technology is making our life so easy that we don't even need to go outside of the house and all the fundamental needs we can fullfil just by using a smartphone which is also a part of the technology. Technology doesn't let us move from one place and interact with people outside and it is breaking our social contact, and then they find difficult to interact with people face to face. And the most important thing is that we don't even need to be in front of each other to discuss the topic like Impact of technology on jobs.
